We promise to guarantee an onward mobility solution, whether its a lift to work, taxi, drop off to the shops or even a loan car.
Personal Service Contact
We will ensure that you have one point of contact throughout your stay with us. Our Service Executives will truly take ownership of you and your vehicle whilst it is at Tollbar.
Free Vehicle Health Check
Your Volvo will receive a free vehicle health check every time it comes in for a service.
Free Software Upgrade
When your vehicle is in with us it will be plugged into Volvo Car Corporation and given a free software upgrade. This will make sure your Volvo is running at its very best.
The following modules are updated:
CEM
TCM (automatic transmission)
ECM (engine monitoring)
CCM (climate control),
ICM* (display)
SRS
These modules cannot be updated at any independent garage - ONLY Volvo approved dealerships.
Car Wash at every service
Your vehicle will be cleaned to a high quality all the time, every time! We know how important it is to our customers to make sure they have a nice clean vehicle ready for them upon collection.
Service Activated Roadside Assistance
Everytime your Volvo is in for service the vehicle will automatically receive 12 months roadside assistance absolutely free! This includes European Cover and Home Start.
