Dealt with pete in servicing and found the experience highly welcoming..
My car was collected from my home when I wasn't there so my real contact was by telephone - prompted by a remender that my service was due - useful and efficient - with a pleasant telephone manner
The service adviser Alyson was so professional and helpful - given that we encouintered several unexpected technical problems with our vehicles, spanning 3 days. Alyson does warrant specific mention as she was wonderful in the face of quite extraordinary circumstances.
Very helpful staff,I was offered a cup of coffee on arrival and the details of the service were given to me. Typo error on the invoice though which increased the quote tenfold! Rapidly corrected.
