They made me feel comfortable and confident in they knew what they were doing, their manner, everything about them. And believe me I used to be in sales and customer service. If I was in any doubt, they would indeed know about it, because I wouldn't be very happy. But I thought they were excellent.

I normally buy Ford and I thought this time I am not going to do that because I had a bad experience with them. I though I am going to pay a little bit more and buy an Audi. It was worth it. There is another Audi dealer closer to us but we'll go back there for servicing, even though it's an hour's journey.

The quality of their own staff from the first call to service department to the way we're treated, to the nature and training of the master technicians and the way the car was brought back.  They're interested, they're friendly, they're competent, in direct contrast to a lot of retail organisations. They're very good. They've been well trained. I think a great effort.  It's difficult to put into words but you have to experience it if you're just one to one with somebody and their own language, their facial expressions, their attitude, all gives you the impression that they are interested in your being there.

Overall I just thought they were fabulous, all of them. 100 percent every effort. I think they went above what they needed to do because it wasn't their problem that my warranty wasn't covering it but they really tried to help me.

They also valeted the car There was nothing that I disliked. They made a big effort and it was good. I'd go back there again.
