I had intended to write to you regarding the service I recently experienced while my car was in with your service team.

I would like to highlight the outstanding level of service provided by Sarah. Her attitude is extremely customer oriented and I was impressed that she always called when she said she would, was highly pro-active in dealing with the warranty company to gain authorisation for the work that needed to be done. The 2 weeks it took to get the job done was really painless as Sarah was able to provide me with a replacement car when I needed one, kept me fully informed of progress (or sometimes lack of it!) and managed the 3rd party relationship with HSBC. Watching her interact with other customers while I was in the waiting area this morning showed that she brings this high level of customer focus to all her customers.

As I have now opted out of my company car scheme I was considering moving away from Audi for my next car but this experience has made me think again as the value of service like this is definitely high for me. Sarah is a credit to your company!

I was contacted on several occasions to update me with progress & then to finally inform me that the car was ready to pick up.

I just wanted to note that the service I received from your staffs was excellent. Especially service advisor Hayley Foster. The checking in of my vehicle was efficient; the hand over of the courtesy car was also swift. I also received a courtesy call throughout the day keeping me up to date on the vehicle.

Overall Hayley made getting your vehicle serviced a seamless task, I would thoroughly recommend Hayley to anyone with an Audi and it has also confirmed that when my car is up for changing in March, I will be getting an Audi.

Many thanks for email regards the level of service received during recent visit. This is the first instance of us using Audi Reading, and left us very upbeat and secure in the knowledge that the car was running well. The level of service provided from initial arrival to collection of the car was second to none. The staff were friendly, informative and attentive, throughout the day I was informed of any issue or concerns. On collection was afforded the opportunity to speak with one of your engineers about the inspection carried out, and received an in depth report on what the inspection had entailed.

I have many similar services and works carried out at a number of your competitors, and can unreservedly say that the level at which you operate far surpasses them.

""Very impressed"" Reading Audi - Service

I was very impressed with the service I received. Firstly I was greeted in the car park which I felt was very impressive. It was a very cold morning so was impressed that I was still greeted "with a smile" and by name on arrival. When it came to collect the car later that day I was recognised and didn't have to introduce myself or give my name which I felt was very good.

I have had Audi's prior to this and been to various other dealerships, yet never received service like I had from Reading Audi. The service advisor on the day, Sarah, went out of her way and above and beyond to make sure that my lease company agreed for the tyres to be replaced whilst the car was with you. I was very grateful for this as it saved me a trip elsewhere at another time.

Although there is another dealer closer to where I work, I will be returning in future rather than them due to the high level of service I received.

On arrival at the garage on Monday I was initially frustrated that my booking for the MOT had been cancelled. However Sarah immediately made me feel at ease, sorted out the issue and ensured that I had a replacement car for the day. I should have returned the car that evening but due to traffic could not make it back to the garage before you closed. I did speak to Sarah who immediately put my mind at rest and said that I could return the replacement car in the morning. On Tuesday morning I returned the car and picked up mine. Dear Mike

I was required to contact the Audi Centre, following an onboard notification of a due service; upon doing so I was advised that an oil change was due and a date and time was agreed upon through the positive help of the Service assistant.

On the day, I was duly met with courtesy and professionalism by a receptionist, who provided me with a cup of coffee, whilst a Service advisor was made available. My car was duly booked in and I was advised that the service would take one and a half hours; an hour later I was advised that the car would be available on time and I received the same level of courtesy and professionalism upon collecting my car.

I continue to be impressed with the level of service, whether it be at the time of purchasing or for a minor service, provided by your staff, it enhances the overall experience of owning an Audi.

I have been a happy Audi owner for a many number of years.

Only recently I changed jobs and inherited a BMW, in the 6 months of ownership had loads of issues, took it to 3 different BMW dealers (it spent a total of 10 days off the road), the whole experience was that from a very arrogant approach to how good they are.

Since then I took my new Audi for its first service to Reading Audi, I had almost forgotten how good Audi are!

From the way Sarah Jennings handled the initial booking to the way she dealt with me was outstanding and deserves a special mention.

Just wanted to say thanks for a great service. I recently purchased a car from Audi and it unfortunately had a few issues with it. Living round the corner from you I obviously bought it in, and the service from yourselves has been outstanding.

I have been dealing with Neil and found him very professional, helpful and patient. Also with your technician Paul and most recently Sam. You’ve since replaced my flywheel, fixed a gearbox leak, and replaced the spark plugs. The car now drives like it should have done in the first place from an Audi dealer, and the issues have seemed to have disappeared.

I would have no hesitation in recommending you for servicing or fault remediation, and just wanted to say thanks really for sorting out my car, in exactly the way I’d expect from Audi.

I came to the showroom for a check up on my car as the Bluetooth has been playing up recently. I was phoned the day before by Victoria to double check I was still ok for my appointment, as I pulled into the parking spaces I was greeted by Victoria who checked me in.
Within minutes I was sat down with a cup of coffee, the wireless access code for the internet and then one of the team told where my car was in the queue to be seen. My car was quickly seen, the problem assessed and a solution delivered. This was all within a 20 minute period.
Now this may all seem like a normal days work for you and your team but this is far from normal with other dealerships I have used before.

Good customer service is all about setting the customer's expectations and then delivering above that....your team did an exemplary job this morning and I never felt I was wondering what was happening next.

I would recommend you to my friends and look forward to my next visit.

Dear Mr Murphy

I just wanted to let you know how delighted I was with the service I received yesterday. I was met at the car park by a young lady ( whose name escapes me ), who walked me around my car to check for damage and then escorted me to Sarah's desk for checking in. Sarah asked if it was OK for the garage to clean my car when it was in. I had ensured that my car was spotless, as I respect the staff having to work on my car, but of course accepted her offer of this unexpected extra service. This process was extremely painless and was completed by a lift to my work place by Lee in his very nice Quattro. During the day I was updated by Sarah and was also advised by her that my car was ready for collection an hour before the anticipated time. On returning to the garage, Jemima on reception (I think) asked very cheerfully 'if I was checking in', I felt like I was embarking on a nice trip somewhere. Finally, Sarah explained the issue around my fault, offered to get the technician to talk to me, which I declined, gave me a copy of the work carried out and rounded it off with a complimentary Audi key ring (I hope she's not in trouble for this), which really made my day. Lastly, Sarah then proceeded to carry one of my parcels in the pouring rain to my car, which was clean and ready to go.

All in all, I felt this was 'world class service' and I hope this was typical of the level of service you would normally expect to deliver. Although my car is a COS car, I am in no doubt that when the time comes to purchase a car privately, Audi will be very firmly at the front of the queue, as a direct result of yesterday, leaving aside the quality of my A3, which is excellent.

I recently brought my Audi S4 in to your centre for some minor work prior to travelling in Europe.

Since the work was not going to take too long, I decided to wait (rather than borrowing a loan car) and brought my work with me.

I just wanted to say that I found the facilities to be very good (wifi, power and a table to work at .....plus coffee!) and I was able to get through a considerable amount of work (undisturbed) whilst there.

I'm very pleased with your customer service.

I live in SW London but work in Reading. My previous A6 got serviced at an Audi dealer near home. However I phoned up Reading Audi a couple of times, for this and that, and it was immediately apparent to me that the staff there were always much more helpful and professional. My impression was bourne out when I brought my car along. From now on, I will come to you.

I really like the A6, but I was seriously considering giving up Audi ownership altogether because my previous dealership experiences have been so awful (and I'm definitely not a picky and troublesome customer).

Good morning Mike,

We (my husband Tim and I) felt compelled to write to you to let you know of the recent excellent experience we encountered at Reading Audi whilst we were in the process of looking to replace our current car (a Renault) with a new one (we'd narrowed the choice to Audi or Alfa).

The salesman we dealt with throughout our (fussy and maybe slightly demanding - although hopefully not too much!) viewings and test drives was Simon. Despite changing our mind on a number of occasions, Simon never once displayed impatience or became pushy with us. He was very good at understanding when we needed time to be left on our own to make decisions (and start wars about the colour of the car!) but would always be available if we had any questions - nothing was ever too much bother.

During the test drives, Simon was very personable and displayed a great sense of humour. He dealt very professionally with our many (many) questions, and was instrumental in our decision to purchase the A3 Cabriolet (a step up from our original A1 choice) from your showroom rather than shopping around. We felt very comfortable that Simon was on our side when ensuring we got what we were after. He even saved a potential domestic situation by fetching a car from the garage to park it next to one of a very slightly different shade of grey, so we could make a choice by simply pointing.

People always find it easy to write to complain, but never seem to spend the time to feed back good service. We believe that when something deserves praise, it should be given.

We're looking forward to taking delivery of our new car (hopefully this year!) and would comfortably recommend your dealership – Simon in particular – to anyone.

Very good service and process - absolutely no issues whatsoever. You are really setting standards for the industry.

I wanted to send a brief email giving feedback on my recent purchase (Audi TTS Black Edition) from Audi Reading.

I previously had a Nissan 350Z and was looking to move to a new car which retained the sporty feel, as well as improved handling in the bad weather. I looked at a variety of dealerships in the Reading area including Land Rover, Nissan, and Audi. Trying to find a combination of the above two elements proved impossible until Danny talked me through the Audi TTS with the quattro system, something I had not previously been aware of.


Danny spent a great length of time talking me through all of the elements of the car including pro's and cons, as well as comparing it to my existing car. His passion and knowledge of Audi's came across so well and he clearly knows what he is talking about. We also spent a lot of time looking at the resell value from new to second-hand, as well as looking at stock availability ensuring I didn't have to wait too long for the car.


He worked well with me understanding I work long hours in London and needed to communicate pricing/requirements in email/mobile at various times and was always on hand to help.


It was a pleasure buying from Danny and I have no doubt he is one of your most successful sales team.

Just a quick note to say that I was really pleased with and impressed with the level of service at Reading Audi but specifically Tonys ability to help me out when my roof got a little stuck and I'm writing to express my thanks for what is fantastic customer service! He managed to correctly guide me over the phone how to fix my roof, so I was able to drive to an important meeting before droping it in the dealership where he managed to put my car back together again!

I liked the fact that they're extremely courteous. I've used Reading Audi for several years. This is my second Audi I've had serviced there and I've had other cars before but I have to say that they're an excellent dealership.

They also very efficient, which I like. I run a company so I appreciate efficiency. They greeted me at the door, they clocked my registration number so therefore they knew I was coming in. I had a loan vehicle which I wasn't charged for, my car was valeted which I also didn't pay for and I couldn't fault them. They acknowledged me by name when I arrived. I have to say Audi is a damn good franchise

I was very impressed when I arrived, someone met me immiediately and walked me in to sit down and told me a service advisor would be with me shortly, I was left with Kate and was very impressed with her manner. Her attention to detail impressed me. When my wife collected the car later Kate helped her with putting her stuff in the car....she's pregnant and we also have another two year old. Really really good service. One of our other cars is a Land Rover, we have other makes as well but haven't really had service like that from a dealer with equivalent brand.

I just wanted to say thank you so very much to you and your staff for all the work you undertook on our Patient vehicle to ensure it passed it’s MOT. When Hugh returned it, he said he has never seen it looking so clean and polished, and I have to agree. It looks very smart, and from the reports I had this morning, is running beautifully.

And in the meantime, please on our gratitude and appreciation to all your mechanics and other staff members who put some much valuable time and effort into making us both road-worth and street-smart. And a special thank you to you too, for arranging the service, M.O.T. and valeting. Having our vehicle means that patients without transport can still access our services, and so hopefully make a difficult time in their lives a little bit easier.

There are two people I feel are worth a mention and whom collectively make every experience in the dealership a good one and they are Charles front of house Manager and Kevin Service Manager.

Quality, genuine customer care is rare these days, particularly in your sector of work but as a team Charles and Kevin have absolutely got every detail covered and most importantly they do it naturally. I cannot comment on the issues they have to “deflect” from within the workshop but they are always professional and honest which I cannot emphasise enough as being highly important to the customer.

Just a brief note to record my appreciation for the performance of Simon Rana over the last week.

On Saturday, this last weekend, my parents (both now in their 70s) signed up to purchase a new Q3. This was following a week of family considerations, dealership visits, car test drives and price discussions for products ranging from, for example, the Skoda Yeti, through the Ford Kuga, BMW X1 etc. and up to the Porsche Cayenne. That the Q3 is a good product in the middle of the range of those considered, speaks for itself. That we decided to purchase a new car from Audi Nottingham is to a large extent due to Simon's performance (we had also been in discussion with Audi dealers in two other locations and were close to buying a second hand Q3). Of particular note for me was the way Simon guided my parents carefully and considerately through the test drive.

In the last few months it has had this rattle from the soft top roof and it was booked in for 9am this morning. When I arrived with my husband we were greeted by members of staff and shown in to the show room and met by another member of staff the process was excellent and I felt it was a personal touch.

When I collected my car it was very positive and was treated as a person not just another member of the public coming to pick your car up like most dealers.

I found my car washed and Hovered, which I did not expect only if I had a service with you.

This is my first Audi as I have always had a number of Peugeots cars, since having this car I just love it, and after today the way we were treated I would not hesitate in having another Audi when the time has come to replace it.

I want to congratulate you on your performance and the service after care it is outstanding, not many dealers follow the after care like you do, once the car if bought from them.

I wanted to write to you to tell you about the recent experience we have had with Reading Audi.

We own a 2003 Audi A4 Avant which was initially brought to Reading Audi on 25th January as some parts fitted by a local Independent ‘Audi Specialist’ were faulty and needed replacing under warranty. Without boring you with the whole story it transpired that the Audi Specialist had not done the work which we had been charged for and parts which were not supplied. I was dealt with by Sarah Jennings as our customer service advisor; she was superb in what was a stressful situation for us. My wife came up to Reading Audi with our one year old son, and he was looked after and given a teddy to entertain him whilst Paul (Workshop Manager) showed my wife round the car and took the time so show her what work had not been carried out. He explained everything to her and provided her with photographs, which enabled us to go back to the garage and get the work rectified and a refund.

Due to the great customer service we received, we brought our car for a service on 1st February; again we were looked after by Sarah and Paul, who showed a genuine interest in the situation and how it had been rectified. Again the level of customer service was superb and we were updated the whole time the car was with you.

Throughout our whole experience with Reading Audi we have felt that the people we have dealt with genuinely cared. I have no doubt we will be back and we were pleasantly surprised at the reasonable costs for work to be carried out, I expected main dealer prices to be a lot higher. Reasonable costs and superb customer service means we will be back!

Please can you pass on our thanks to both Jenny and Paul- they went far beyond what we could have expected it really was appreciated by my family and I.

"Making the very best of a disaster" Reading Audi - Sales

Almost 4 weeks ago I drove out of Reading Audi with a 6 month old A6 Avant - looking fantastic, having parted with the best part of £30K.  10 minutes later a Hungarian left hand drive van decided to take out the rear nearside of the car at the A33/M4 J11 roundabout by trying to turn right from the left lane - you can imagine my reaction and feelings.

The reason to write to you - is that today I have the car back - absolutely pristine and I have to applaud every part of your operation at Reading Audi for the superb customer service they have provided since that day.  From sorting out a replacement vehicle through Synter Drive, to getting me home that day, to providing updates on what was happening, ensuring the repair was completely as new -  and down to the detail of having the car ready at 0800 as planned to collect this morning.

In particular Andy and Neil have been extremely helpful in sorting out in a very professional and efficient manner what, for me, was a pretty disastrous situation . 

This experience, ironically, has made me more convinced of the Audi Brand and having never dealt with Reading Audi nor Syntner Group before, I will thoroughly recommend both the car and the sales and service organisation as being just about the best I have experienced.

My fiance and I were discussing purchasing a new car. I've never purchased one from new and I've always been dubious as I hate being pushed and cringe when I see and hear awful sales pitches and pressure sales.

I had my heart set on an Audi, a VW or a BMW in that order. So we went to Audi first with the intention of going 30 steps across the forecourt afterwards to visit VW.

As soon as I walked in we were greeted by two incredibly professional reception staff; one dark haired and one blonde haired who immediately took care of us (I cannot remember their names for the life of me so apologies for that). They made us hot drinks, gave our '2 year old' refreshments and biscuits and were genuinely excellent staff whom were permanently smiling and caring. I told the dark haired member of staff that I wanted to purchase a car and within a few minutes I was greeted by my name from Graham Tunks.

From the moment we met, his questioning was not patronising or pushy and he genuinely seemed to care about selecting the right car for us. After 45-60 minutes of excellent questioning and enquiries, he had recommended the exact car we were looking for. I selected the Audi A4 Black Edition 177PS in Daytona Grey. I still cannot believe how good it looks!

I work in an industry whereby I am greeted with difficult, arrogant and forceful individuals daily and I wanted to tell you that from the minute we were greeted to the moment I drove the car from your forecourt (with a huge grin on my face) we were treated by Graham and your staff impeccably with NO bad thoughts about anything we experienced.

I didn't need to send you this email but I also believe that when credit is due it should be voiced. Graham's service was second to none, Paul was very caring and the car is superb.

May I just take this opportunity to say that my first experience with car sales from new has been an excellent one and I will always come to you first prior to seeing any other manufacturer.

I recently purchased and picked up my brand new Audi A3 S-Line 1.6TDI on the 29th of March. I originally placed the order back in November with John.

I am writing to express how extremely pleased and satisfied I am with the way the whole process was dealt with, especially the excellent customer service I received from John. John was fantastic right from the start. He knew what my requirements were and was able to meet and exceed these. He constantly kept me up to date on the progress of my car every step of the way but also did this in a manner that wasn't intrusive. The car wasn't supposed to be ready until May but fortunately was moved forward and was ready by the end of March. Again, John kept me up to date on any progress, especially when the car had arrived in the country and even updated me when they hadn't been any movement on the transportation of the car!

When it came to picking up my car, again, John provided excellent customer service as did the rest of the Wakefield Audi team. They made sure that I knew how to work and control the car properly and that I was happy with the level of customer service I had received. They really did go above and beyond what I expected and really went that extra mile for me. The bottle of Champagne I received was a lovely touch! I can only describe picking up a new car at Wakefield Audi as an 'experience' rather than just going into any old showroom.
Unfortunately I got a small scratch on one of my alloys shortly after getting the car. I rang Wakefield Audi straight away and spoke to John, who quickly got me to bring the car in to have a look at. Within a week, the car was sorted at a very reasonable price as a goodwill gesture as I'd only just spent a lot of money purchasing the new car. Again, the Audi team were fantastic at dealing with everything on the day and it was a lovely surprise to find some Easter goodies in my car when I came to collect it!

I really wanted to write this email to you to let you know how happy I am with the customer service at Wakefield Audi, as people are often too eager to voluntarily give negative feedback but never enough give positive feedback. It is clear that you want your customers to feel special every time they visit and I feel that you do this exceptionally well. When you spend a lot of money on a good quality car, you expect good quality service and this is exactly what you give your customers. I bought my first A3 from Leeds Audi 3 years ago, and whilst they were polite and friendly, their customer service was nowhere near as good as Wakefield's. I will be highly recommending you to all my family and friends.

I don't usually write these kind of emails but today it has been extremely well deserved.

I called into Audi Wakefield at 9am this morning and the girl I spoke to on reception was polite and happy to help, she put me through to the service department and the girl I spoke to there was a pleasure to speak to, professional, polite and explained everything to me and reassured me that it could be fixed, I wasn't made to feel uncomfortable as I did not know the extent of the issue.

She gave me the number for Audi assist as the car could not be driven.

Upon calling Audi assist, again, I was reassured and advised that someone would be with me in the next hour to an hour and a half.

10 minutes later, I received a call from Pete at Audi Roadside Assistance to notify me that he would be there in 40 minutes; I also received a call from another lady to confirm the Roadside Assistance mans name and his arrival.

Pete arrived 5 minutes early, got straight onto the issue and again, reassured that the issue would be fixed. He was done within the hour and explained everything - again, a lovely pleasant guy to deal with.

I am amazed at the excellent level of customer support that has been offered by Audi, everyone is pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Other customer facing establishments could take a leaf out of Audi’s book - it has definitely determined that my next car will be an Audi and I will be singing Audi's praise to anyone that will listen...

I don't ever remember providing feedback to any garage, but there is always a first. I can honestly say that in all the years we have owned cars I cannot ever recall receiving such excellent services from a dealership as we have at West London Audi

Throughout my dealings with your organisation I have found West London Audi's customer care to be first class and excellent. Not only is it a lovely environment you have created for the customer but every member of staff I have dealt with have been extremely helpful. Last week our car was in for a repair and we were provided with a friendly and very obliging service from Jordan who clearly understands what customer care means! In our view a real asset to your organisation.

Although we like the Audi product, it is our experience and all our dealings with West London Audi which will encourage us to remain a customer when we next change our car or indeed for servicing.

I have never bought a used car without either a test drive or a physical inspection, but to be honest it didn’t matter when it came to purchasing from Mark. He said that the car was a stunning second-hand example and it is!

I would like to praise Audi Slough - Parts Department for the great service I received today.

I phoned to get a price for supply of a set of wiper blades for my A4 -Cabriolet. I was quoted a very competetive price (£39.99) and was advised that someone would fit them for me at no charge.
This was in stark contrast to the first garage I contacted. They quoted me £67 for supply AND fit and told me I needed to book the car in to get this done!!!!!

Please pass on my thanks to Trevor who I dealt with on the phone and who also served me at the branch and also to a very pleasant young man named Ashley who fiited them for me. They are a credit to Audi.

I don't know if this service was due to the fact I generally use Slough for service/repairs etc. or if this is just general good service. Either way it is rare to encounter these days.

I had a lovely time bringing my car in for a service. I am astounded at how all the staff in your dealership always seems to be having a lovely day despite how busy it is!

It was lovely to be greeted by two of your staff, though I can’t park under pressure so the gentleman kindly offered to reverse it for me!

Leonie was lovely, she kept me updated and managed to find out about the smart asset protection for me - I didn't know how it worked and haven't been able to get any information previously. She found my policy document and went through it with me. She emailed me the next day to make sure that I was ok and understood it all. She really went above and beyond and I really did appreciate it

The man on the phone that I talked to about booking the car in for the service was a very nice man but I can’t remember his name. He completely understood that sometime curbs do just come from nowhere to attack your alloys and that it is no way as a result of my driving!!

I am moving back to Leamington and am quite apprehensive about taking my car there for a service; when I bought the car I called them too but they were so unhelpful, I decided to go with your team and am glad I did. So I would probably rather the inconvenience of coming to Reading to get my car service than going to my local Audi dealer.

I would like to thank you and your team (in particular Andrew) for the outstanding customer service I received when recently purchasing my new Audi A4.

My previous A4 was unfortunately declared a total loss following a recent car accident. From the moment I called to enquire about the availability of your car which I had seen on the internet, Andrew was extremely understanding, helpful and attentive. My partner and I travelled from St Albans to view the car initially and Andrew kept in regular contact prior to and following the viewing and was very understanding when I asked to keep to minor roads during the test drive given my nervousness following the accident. We had to bring our 21 month old daughter with us when we first viewed the car and Andrew couldn’t have done more to ensure that both us and her were well looked after whilst the paperwork was being completed. We felt very at ease.

Andrew efficiently followed up all of my calls and made sure that I was very happy with the purchase every step of the way. Although £13k is a small sum compared to most cars on display in your showroom it is still a large purchase for us and not one that we’ve undertaken lightly. Hopefully with a few more years’ mortgage payments behind us we will be shopping for a top of the range Audi!! but in the meantime both my partner and I agreed that we were treated as well as any customer who had walked into your showroom with unlimited funds to spend – customer service as its best I’m sure you’ll agree.

Mark is a credit to your dealership and probably one of the main reasons we actually finished up buying a car from you. His product knowledge and enthusiasm for not only the Audi “brand and its history” but also your particular site was a huge credit to your sales team. Not only did Mark impress my wife and I with his attitude and professionalism, he also came across as a very caring person, extremely attentive to detail and to ensuring we thoroughly enjoyed the entire buying experience. He was also very attentive with regards to the after sales service. A rare quality these days where so often, once the sale is concluded the salesman tends to move on to the next “target”. Nothing was too much trouble for Mark. In all my years of changing cars, (and there have been many) I have never experienced anything even approaching him for all the qualities I have mentioned.

In my opinion, he is a huge credit to your dealership. I have already recommended him to two friends of mine – one a devout Audi driver who changes his car regularly and will be changing his A4 again this Autumn, the other who is considering an Audi as a change from his current Range Rover. On my recommendation I am sure they will both be paying you a visit. "Extremely pleased" Victoria Audi - Service

I was extremely pleased with the high level of customer service I received.  When I booked in for a service I initially tried another garage since I was in the area for work but they couldn't fit me it, the receptionist was quite unhelpful.  I then tried the West London Audi and they were helpful but very busy and advised me of the Victoria Audi (I'd not known there was one there).

When I spoke to the receptionist there she was exceptionally friendly and helpful.  I wish I'd have caught her name but she was from the Nottingham region (I got from her accent), and she talked me through available dates and exactly what would be done to my car so I really wanted to highlight to you how good she was.  

I dealt with Jordan on the day of the service and again he was very helpful and went out of his way to look into a problem I was having with my aux connection (it seems its my iphone not the car).

I hope this feedback is useful for you, I think the service levels at Victoria Audi are at a very high level.

I had my car serviced at your centre today and just want to provide some feedback on my experience.

Slick, professional, warm, attentive and high quality are some of the words I’d use to describe it.

From the courtesy call yesterday to make sure my booking was still ok, to the greeting at the door this morning (and being recognised by name with prompt), being escorted to Charlotte who had the paperwork out and ready, to being escorted out and having a door opened to an A6, getting safely dropped off outside work, being called by Charlotte on the agreed number at the agreed time to say the service was finished, to being recognised by Charlotte when I walked back in, to the paperwork being ready, full but concise explanation of what work has been completed, to having my car pulled out of the parking space ready to drive away, to having the door opened and key inserted into the ignition and finished with a kind farewell greeting with complimentary sweets in hand.

Getting a car serviced should be a mundane affair really shouldn’t it? I was made to feel valued, recognised and respected as a customer. I work in a service industry and I know how difficult it is to execute this right, and do it every time, but today you certainly cracked it. I also recognise the power of satisfaction and therefore recommendation – well I have recommended you to 10 people in the office already and they are very satisfied with a late-afternoon sweet!

The devil is definitely in the detail – keep up the good work.

My wife and I are recent converts to Audi.

I drive a Q5 and we bought my wife a Q3 just before Christmas.

I am a great believer in feedback good and bad and in your case it’s all good!! In fact very good!!

The purchase of my wifes car was very pleasant from start to finish. Clear consise information,honest pricing, call backs when promised, clear paperwork with nothing hidden etc etc. All in allwe were made to feel special and that was important to us.

I brought my Q5 in for its first service last week and from start to finsish it was the best service experience I have had. From the initial phone call again clear pricing and “upfront Information”. I was emailed a confirmation. On arrival I was met “by name” in the car park with a big smile! Escorted to the service desk where another big smile booked me in and asked if there was any questions etc. I was then shown in to the rear of a courtesy car and driven pleasantly to my office 10 minutes away.

When my car was ready I received a call. On arrival I met with the same big smile and settled the bill which was less than quoted.

I collected the car which was cleaned and valeted.

Now it was me with the big smile!!

At a time when people are very quick to complain I just wanted to make you aware of the excellent service and support I have received from one of your Leeds Audi Master Technicians (Lee).

My new A6 has had a very frustrating (but non mission critical) problem with the SatNav traffic information function (TMC) which has not been working. I travel a lot so this function (when working properly) is something I have come to rely on in my previous cars.

Lee was immediately sympathetic, and has worked over the last few weeks to understand the problem, including spending some time driving the same model from your existing vehicle stock.

Touch wood the problem now seems to have been resolved, following a software update.

Although the problem was an inconvenience, I feel that I have received excellent customer service from Leeds Audi for which I am grateful.

I feel compelled to write to you to congratulate you and your team for the high level of customer service. 

I have only just moved into an Audi, previous to that i have had cars from other manufactorers and i have to say in all of my experience with other car dealers i have never experienced customer service to the level of which your team delivered to me (I also have to say that i have never experienced customer service as good as yours within any customer service sector anywhere in the world). 

The level of customer service delivered by your team was absolutely outstanding and it is a credit to you and your team.  

I was greeted at the door upon arrival, i was then taken to the service assistant (Cheryl, who was outstanding) she sorted out a loan car, which was the same car as i was driving.

I was then personally escorted to my loan car and my bag was taken from me and placed in the boot.

I then received a call around three hours later where i was told what work had been carried out and what outstanding items need to be addressed.

Upon return i was again greeted at the door and escorted to the service assistant and finally my car was brought around to the front door, cleaned and vacuumed for me to drive away. Outstanding!! 

I will definitely recommend you to my colleagues and friends. 

Once again congratulations, your team has delivered unbelievable customer service, of which i thank you for.

Do you know what really annoys me these days? It’s the culture of blame. Someone has to be guilty of something, and everyone except the complainer is wrong.

I know of no harder work than having to deal with the public on a day to day basis. Everyone at Audi Huddersfield without exception showed the highest level of customer service, especially your good self and Isobel. (not forgetting the guys who collected and delivered the car either to and from my home or the Holiday Inn Brighouse.

Audi Huddersfield do certain things many other garages could learn from.

1. Disabled parking is clearly marked and near to the entrance.

2. You are welcomed with a smile – and a smile that is meant too – by Reception

3. Everyone that passes you , speaks to you, even if it is only a good morning or Hello

4. Everything is explained to you in language you can understand

5. You do what you say

6. Toilets are spotlessly clean

7. The seating area is as varied as it needs to be to cope with every size and ability (!)

I feel sure you receive many customer plaudits about the great customer service experienced at Huddersfield. Let me add just one more to the list.

My A4 and I are both almost ten years older than we were when my wife and I purchased the car from Huddersfield Audi in July 2002. Like me the odd thing drops off or needs to be fixed, from time to time. Annoyingly, the front nearside side lamp 'popped' last week. While my wife was enjoying some retail therapy in Huddersfield, I spoke to Claire who checked that the workshop could accommodate me at short notice. Within half an hour, I had parked up, met Claire who provided me with a coffee and introduced me to Luke, who assured me the job was no problem, and arranged for the lamp to be replaced. Luke kept me well advised of progress and, as he had promised, within a further half an hour, the car was ready. By then, both the car and I were suitably refreshed, the former with a wash and clean, myself with a coffee, newspaper and television to help me relax. I returned to collect my wife and count the cost of her shopping.

The coffee, the replacement of the lamp, the car valet and the welcome can of de-icer were all provided - to my great surprise - free of cost, all of which as a recently made redundant chap was very much appreciated. The point in writing to you is not just to say thank you for those things, important as they are. But, particularly to advise you just how much I appreciated and value that highly personal touch provided by Claire, Luke, the un-named person who washed the car and the person who provided the de-icer.

We all know that valued customer service, i.e. the service we remember and makes we consumers return, is given with effort and sincerity. There was no sense of the service offered by Claire and Luke was in any way forced or unnatural. In fact, their service is just the opposite, warm and caring and respectful. I must also mention Alan, a member of staff I have met on many occasions. He also found time to have a few kind words of welcome, as well as remembering my name.

To find really consistently great service is unusual. To find it coming so easily to, dare I say, young people, is rare. I am sure you must be very pleased with the invisible, but invaluable, contribution they make to your organisation. For the avoidance of doubt, I am writing this note, not because I have nothing else to do - my wife makes sure my 'to do' list is kept long - but to record how much I enjoyed my visit last week and the great welcome and service I received. Here's to the next time!

""Great experience despite the distance"" Harrogate Audi - Sales

I would like to put in writing my recent experience at your Harrogate Audi dealership. My search for an A1 started in my local area (I live near Gatwick) so I have been in contact with two local dealers who, although tried their best to find me a car, fell short in delivering what I would consider good customer experience.

After a number of visits it was clear that my budget was not going to stretch to a new car, so my search for a used one started. Having used the Audi UK web site I noticed there are a number of Audi UK cars in the network within my price bracket, but my local dealers were not able to supply a car anywhere near the prices I had seen on the site, so I started looking further afield and saw a car that almost met my requirement. This is where Mark  came in to the frame. He was polite, listened to my requirements and went through the spec, but as the colour was not my first choice I agreed that I would visit my local dealer to check the colour out. The following day I phoned Mark and said that the blue was not idea, so will pass. He said he will check if there is anything else and came back with a another offer after checking out the company stock.

After talking this through I agreed to buy the car. What stands out is that Mark wanted to deliver excellent customer service, but at the same time not time pushing me in to a deal that was not right for me, he returned my calls, answered all my questions, and there were a few, but at all time was professional and a real pleasure to deal with.


So can I please ask you to pass on my thanks to Mark as what was proving a challenge with my local dealers turned in to a great experience, even though we are over 200 miles apart.

I did say to the service department that if Saturday is a problem I would come back later but they insisted they could do the job shortly. I appreciate this was only a small job, but this kind of customer service is exceptional and I would like you to thank your service department on my behalf.

Incidentally I have colleagues with Audi’s who complain about the service they receive from their particular dealership but I always defend Huddersfield as I have never had anything but quality with regard to service. I only wish my company would allow me to source my car from you!

I never have much patience when buying a car and to be fair the guys got their approach with me just right!

In my experience, people are quick to complain but slow to praise so I am going some way to try and redress the balance! My beloved Audi TT was booked in for a service today at my local Audi garage in Leicester.

I found the whole experience a positive one, largely due to Lucy who was ‘service with a smile’ personified! She was efficient and cheerful when booking in and when I picked up my car later. I had explained to her that the volume of the sound (technical term – boing!) made when Bluetooth connected with my phone was somewhat overpowering and could someone have a go at reducing it! Sadly the technician was unable to do this as ‘the customer had not left her phone!’

Lucy took it upon herself to attend to the problem cleverly connecting her own phone. This was surely service above and beyond the call of duty and I am indebted to her (as are all the residents in my close who were subject to the said ‘boing’ day and night!) She was then able to pass on this information to me ensuring that peace and quiet can always be maintained in Narborough!

In conclusion, if the standard of care and courtesy shown to me by Lucy (and several other members of your staff) is anything to go you have an organisation to be proud of and I will not hesitate in recommending the service to others.

I was probably your worst customer yesterday…I forgot to leave my key at my work reception so your team had to come back for a second time to collect my car and I was in a lot of meetings I didn’t really respond to voicemails/calls from the team. HOWEVER your service team it dawned on me last night from start to end of the process deliver exceptional service, from the status calls from Rebecca/Charlotte right through to the delivery back of my car the personalities of the people I came in contact with really did make the service experience something that is rare now a days. I got the feeling this is normal practice for your team however thought it was worth writing to let you know Audi high standards are well and truly being delivered by your team.

This week was my second visit to Audi Leicester. The first visit was great as my window (driver’s side) was jammed down and you managed to fit me in the next day to get this fixed (I called just before 5:00pm the day before). The car was still under warranty from Audi Tamworth but there was no hesitation in getting it fixed.

My second visit was this week and whilst the car was undergoing its MOT and I also had an iPod connection fitted. Lucy looked after me and even though she has only been with you a short while she came across as very confident and has a great personality. She kept me informed on progress and sat with me, in my car, to make sure I understood how the iPod connection worked via the Audi audio system.

Having recently had my Audi serviced at your garage, I have decided to take some time out of my busy day, which I would not normally do, because I felt your Service team was impeccable! Ryan was possibly the nicest person I've met in that situation.

I've owned a different car each year covering all different makes, from Renaults to BMWs and now my Audi. On Thursday 14/4, I'd booked my car in for a check up. The day was just the worst day I could have planned for. I was really stressed with work stuff and realised at 6pm that I'd left my house keys attached to the car key. I didn't have any means to get in the house as my "back ups" were away, and I have a dog who would have been very hungry and upset at not being walked and so on. I was also going out for a meal with friends that evening. I tried to contact the number Charlotte had rung me on a couple of times and it went to answer phone. I assumed the shop was closed and I was really working out how I'd get through the night and ready for work the next day. Then, well after 6, Charlotte rang me back. I can't tell you how relieved and happy this made me. We paid the bill, she arranged to leave my keys with her colleagues and I was able to get home safely, feed the dog, go out for the meal and enjoy another stressful day at work. Not only that, but the very genuine welcome and offer of help I received when I arrived all hot and flustered that evening, was outstanding - get this: my car was parked right outside the front door, so I didn't even have to look for it.

You did very well and I'll be back. Unfortunately for me a missing spring in the rear suspension has been spotted, so more repair work but I'm in good hands with Leeds Audi.

On Saturday morning my husband and I had the misfortune of breaking down in our 18 month old A5, on a day out travelling to see family

Just thought I should write a few lines about our recent experience. On Thursday, 18th August 2011 we brought our TT (FE10 RDZ) to your dealership following a recent service and investigation into an intermittent rattle which had started in the area behind the passenger seat. The car was booked in by Natalie on Service Reception and I spoke to a (Master) Technician, Andy [Sorry - I cannot recall his second name].

The nature of the rattle was such that it only presented itself intermittently - it may even have been dependent on the temperature - so it was not easy to track down and cure. We were supplied with a courtesy car, initially for a few days, but this turned into a full week as Andy was determined to trace and cure the annoying rattle. Natalie kept us informed throughout the week of what was happening with the vehicle and since we collected it on Thursday, 25th August 2011 the car has been rattle-free.


We would like to thank Natalie for taking the time to keep us informed and Andy for his determination to sorting out the problem. It is refreshing to deal with a company that treats its customers as if they want them to return, but it is even better to deal with individuals who enjoy and take pride in their job.

We look forward to returning in the future - for service and car purchase purposes.

I asked for a test drive of about an hour, which we got and not around the nicest of roads, so he hid nothing. He had a good sense of humour and was polite. ""The highest standard"" Derby Audi - Service

On my journey to attend a 2nd interview on Monday morning, I had the unfortunate bad luck to break down on the M1 close to junction 24. It was ascertained by Green Flag that the vehicle would have to be taken to a dealership for repairs.

On arrival I was greeted by Mike who very quickly responded to my predicament, the panic on my face must have been obvious, & he was fully sympathetic to my predicament. Mike managed to get my car in the workshop with 10 minutes of arriving, sorted parts & arranged a schedule to repair, he then arranged for transport to get me home. On agreement of the repair he then arranged delivery of the vehicle the following day. The drivers supplied were of the highest standard & were very obliging with a positive disposition.

To you this may seem common work practice! To me his attitude, composure, level of experience, apathy & professionalism were demonstrated to be of the highest standard. I have used the other branches in the past, & have always felt uncomfortable about the experience, mainly due to lack of service. I suggest they spend a day at Derby Audi & learn from the high standard set.

I hope this feedback is useful, & please ensure that Mike receives a Thank You. Due to his help & support, I managed to find alternative transport to the interview & secured the job.

I have waited until now to email you as I wanted to see how the vehicle performed over the first six months and to see if the recommendations made by your sales team were useful: I am pleased to report they were.

In particular, your sales assistant Alice was extremely helpful and even recommended additional add-ons such as reverse parking sensors and built in satellite navigation – both of which I find incredibly useful. With the added paint protection system my car looks as good today as it did when I bought it - and is still as enjoyable to drive today as it was when I left the showroom. Friends and family who travel in the vehicle often comment on the internal design of the car, particularly the features which are part of the S-line package, reassuring me that this was worth the extra cost.

Because of the professionalism shown by both Alice and Jordan, I would recommend Bradford Audi to others and look forward to returning to the showroom when upgrading my car in the future. They reassured me that Audi was a company I could trust, so much so I later decided to purchase my motor insurance policy through Audi too, despite rival insurance companies being slightly cheaper.

From Peter, the chap who greeted me as I entered the covered reception area, Alyson on Service Reception to the guys who cleaned the car at the end – all did a fantastic job.

Due to illness and a short stay in Hospital I had been unable to get an MOT done. Alyson arranged this for me the same day and so removed a major problem for me as I was due to start back at work the following Monday.

I was very impressed with the high standard of service as well as the great consideration shown by your staff. Also, the final bill represented real value for money!

In April both of the family cars needed garage work, my partners car, an MOT, and my Audi TT, a service. He booked in with another garage near Pannel and I with you. All I can say is that I have been keen to share my experience with friends, colleagues, family and my partner.

On booking in with another manufactorer he was offered nothing and cost us both time from work for drop off and collection.When I called Audi Harrogate I was offered the use of a courtesy car or collection. Use was easy and excellent.

He was quoted one price on the phone, on collection they increased the cost, then when challenged dropped it again. I was quoted one price, and used one of my Synter vouchers. No messing.

The staff at Harrogate Audi are helpful, cheerful and always willing to take time to answer my questions.

The tin of sweets are always a real treat but to find the goody bag in the car with the remaining oil, screen wash and pitstop heartened my use of large garages.

A ten out of ten experience from Audi and a 2.5 (max) for the other dealership. Be assured, he has sent them feedback.

Will be in touch with the garage again soon to book for the MOT.

I am glad to see a prompt come through and be able to reply..
I know myself too well to admit, that I probably would have not done so, if I had to go searching for a way to let you have any feedback. We are all cramming such a lot into our working lives nowadays that we miss on the most important things! Anyhow...worth me taking a few minutes out to write a couple of lines.

I arrived a tad early as the car was booked in for 2pm, but I had a teleconference to log on at the same hour, so I gave myself a bit of prep time. I was quite unsure as to how it would all turn out if I'm honest!

Firstly, I was greeted by the lady on reception, who confirmed that one of her colleagues who was with another customer at that time would be over shortly.

Sure enough - within a couple of minutes I was talking to Lauren.

She was lovely, almost read my mind, as she seemed to have a solution for me ...before I had even told her what I needed help with....
So, without too much explaining on my part, she had organised a quiet room for me to carry on with my daily work and be able to log onto my call, plus a coffee and biscuits to go!!

When the same happy face returned the keys for the car that was by now serviced, cleaned and parked by the entrance....I was still on the call that started at 2pm...but I was happy too!!!

Does not take a great deal of effort I guess, to understand the pace of your customers and try to match it....but this time the whole experience exceeded all my expectations! I really did feel looked after. In fact I took a call in the car on my way home and remember saying I experienced the VIP treatment!

The quality of the Q5 will lead us towards buying Audi in future however a big additional input will be the customer service - and it has exceeded expectation with Stuart leading the charge! I like the fact that Stuart did a follow up call this morning and has stressed we should use him as point of contact for the next 6 months with any query in regards to the car.

One final note - the delivery pod - where you see your car, you are shown how it works then finally the door is opened and you are let free, nice touch!

I don't ever remember providing feedback to any garage, but there is always a first. I can honestly say that in all the years we have owned cars I cannot ever recall receiving such excellent services from a dealership as we have at West London Audi

Throughout my dealings with your organisation I have found West London Audi's customer care to be first class and excellent. Not only is it a lovely environment you have created for the customer but every member of staff I have dealt with have been extremely helpful. Last week our car was in for a repair and we were provided with a friendly and very obliging service from Jordan who clearly understands what customer care means! In our view a real asset to your organisation.

Although we like the Audi product, it is our experience and all our dealings with West London Audi which will encourage us to remain a customer when we next change our car or indeed for servicing.

Finally I would also like to mention Mark who we purchased the car from again can't fault him for customer care either!

It is so refreshing to find a dealership who really cares about customers and places a high priority on the customer experience.

We really felt that we should take a few minutes to let you know our experience.

I had my Audi A3 serviced on 12th April and was extremely impressed by the service provided by your colleagues at Leicester Audi.

Bare in mind I have had my Audi for 3 years-ish now and as it’s a company car, I do some considerable mileage, so have had it serviced a number of times. This was my first visit to Leicester Audi as I have only recently moved to Hinckley; previously I have had it serviced at Amersham Audi and Watford Audi and although they also provided an excellent service I thought Leicester shone head and shoulders above the others.

On my arrival I was met by an extremely pleasant and friendly welcome and the offer of a cup of tea while I waited for my service advisor to free – although this is obviously very welcome and appreciated I have received just a good a welcome in other Audi garages mentioned above. Apologises I do not know the name of the lady who welcomed me.

The service advisor himself, called Ryan like his colleague, was extremely friendly and courteous, but I have come to expect this from Audi so that wasn’t the exceptional part. When I came to return my courtesy car and I was unfortunately running late due to traffic Ryan offered to stay open later than he would have normally and when I arrived and apologised he seemed only more than happy to be able to assist me – his flexibility and desire to do what’s best for the customer should not be understated. I kept apologising because I am aware it is not that pleasant to have to stay at work later than planned but Ryan constantly said it wasn’t a problem and in the manor he said it I honestly believed him. Ryan is a credit to Audi and in particular to Leicester Audi. I’m not sure I would have been smiling as much as him if I was kept at work longer than I had wished or planned.

One of the reasons my next company car I have ordered is going to be another Audi is due to the high quality customer service offered at the service centres.

"Very Impressive" Leicester Audi - Service

Dear Neil,

The vehicle I own is a private vehicle and, hence, I do have to fund all of the maintenance and repairs myself. On the most recent occasion it was necessary for a cam belt change, MOT and front discs and pads to be replaced, which is a costly exercise.

Notwithstanding that, I did ring around Audi specialists other than dealerships and could not better your price. As such, I took the obvious course of having the work carried out at your Leicester main dealership.

With regard service, having just returned from annual leave, I contacted your Audi Centre at Narborough where ‘Chelsea’ was very professional in arranging for me to have the car 'booked' in within my preffered timeframe and at short notice.

On delivering the vehicle to the Leicester Branch, I dealt with your Service Advisor, Nasrul, who kept me appraised of what was occurring on the day and also gave me a full update when I collected the vehicle.

In summary, I would say that the service was carried out most efficiently and effectively and your staff dealt with me very professionally and your new centre is indeed a very impressive facility.

As such, it will be my intention to continue to use your facility for the maintenance of this vehicle whilst it is in my possession.

All I can say is my time with Audi from last Thursday morning from dropping my car off to picking up my car on Monday morning was excellent. From not knowing were to park my car when I arrived to being greeted with I will take your keys from you Mrs Mowbray and show you were to go and then Ryan taking over was what I would class as first class service.

Ryan was a pleasure to deal with and if he ever wants to give up his job and come and work for me he can, his customer service was excellent from taking my car keys, through to keeping me informed on the repair on my car, through to your car is ready. I told him off for being too happy especially on a Monday morning but I cannot fault him at all, he was an excellent representative for your brand.

Whilst waiting I enquired about the new A3 and again Ryan was more than helpful showing me round and explaining the key features and explaining the new S line wasn’t out yet, again he didn’t need to as he was busy.

I would have no hesitation in recommending the garage to anyone with an Audi as a brand it’s reputation in my eyes has made me question my other choice of car based on the service I received.

I think we are very quick to criticise and not quick enough to praise so here is my attempt to rectify that you have astounded me by making it so easy and pain free to service my car - I arrive; you take it off me; I carry on working in the office you set aside for me with wi fi and the privacy to make business calls - I see nothing but 'business as usual' for me which is very important as I run my own business Lucy was fantastic - friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Nathan (my original salesman) allayed some concerns and I had and two or three people pop their heads in to make sure I had everything I needed you should be proud of them all ( sorry if that sounds really patronising- wasn't meant to) I remember now why I went with Audi.....

My first visit today to drop my 8 month old car in for it's first service (18,455 miles recorded) - and so far I am very impressed!
As I parked in a vacant space, a nice lady came out to tell me about the "drive-in" servicing bays - where you drive the car up to an up-and-over door and into a covered and tiled area with big glass windows either side (Workshop on the left, Showroom on the right) - then under cover the keys were handed over and I was taken for a chat to discuss the work to be carried out.
I was offered coffee and a sticky cake, then a taxi was called (at Audi's expense) to take me to work, and a 3pm appointment made to collect me from work.
All the staff were very pleasant (especially the one who said she was glad to see a Q3 in a colour other than Black, White or Grey!) - and the showroom was full of the complete range of shiny Audis!
Probably the best dealer experience I have ever had, so far - and I'm an ex-Mercedes devotee.

As someone who works in a sales and service industry, it takes a lot for me to be impressed by quality of service - in fact I would say I am easily under-whelmed and quick to find fault.

I have to say, the way your team looked after me last week was nothing short of outstanding, but to be honest, was as I expected having had similar experience when you were at Blackbird Road.

To cut a long story short, I had an engine management warning when 130 miles from home last Tuesday - I had it checked at Audi Southend and decided to limp home and get your team to sort it. The problem was a temperature gauge in the exhaust system which was going cost £98 plus VAT for the part plus 2.5 hours labour. Ouch!

As the car is out of warranty I asked if there was any goodwill possible- I had little or no hope but had to ask at least. You can imagine my delight when Naz informed me that you had persuaded Audi UK to cover the parts and labour cost - no charge to me. I have no clue whether that would have happened if I hadnt asked but it makes no difference - you got it for me and thats what counts in my book.

Combined with the welcome I received on arrival, the coffee, the cake, the lift home, the friendly manner of your staff, the overall experience of something which could have been very stressful , was actually very pleasant. .. and my father-in-law is now considering changing his VW Tiguan for a Q3!

I have recently been to the new set up on Narborough road and I can say that it was fantastic right from the turning off the road I was greeted by a lovely girl and then has I went further another lovely girl all who knew my name and then I went into reception and there I was asked if I wanted coffee as the guy who was booking my car in was with another client then he came and fetched me from the coffee area I went off to fosse park to shop and when I came back the car was ready for me and you had cleaned my car inside and washed it outside I have never had such a good experience of taking my car to a garage!!!

I was a Transport manager for 16 years so I know what I am talking about I have been to about every franchise garage you can name including Rolls Royce!

So well done to all of you for a job well done

I hate everything to do with garages/ calling to book/waiting on the phone etc. so I need no hassle, least amount of effort (for me) style service and that’s what I got. I liked the text reminder, your guys that turned up to collect the car and drop off were really polite and courteous (I didn’t expect that) and thought this email was a really nice touch.

My current Audi is the first I’ve had, I’m due for a new car this year and I think it will be Audi again – not just because I love the car but as a female having a reliable & respectful service from a garage is very reassuring.

I would like to take the time to email you and tell you what a great service I have had from Audi.

This is not the first time I have received great customer service. I would like to compliment the service I have received from Ryan, from the service department in Leicester Audi.

Both times he has gone above and beyond to ensure I am extremely satisfied with the service. Our recent visit we had a little mix up which left me waiting in the waiting area for an hour and a half, but Ryan was able to recognise situation and corrected it without the need for a fuss.

I'm very pleased with his actions and manners. The reason our next car will be an Audi is because of the exceptional customer service you provide. You cannot get that anywhere else!

I am pleased to say that I will be buying my new car from you as he was brilliant, listened to what I wanted, took his time with me and was just the complete opposite to the experience I had had before and he is an real asset to your dealership

He even offered to tell me the best places to go in London and if I had any questions re the tube or anything else than to ask him and he would point me in the right direction which was above and beyond as he didn’t have to do that.

He loved his bear called Mr Audi Bear and every time we drive past you he says there’s Mr Audi Bear House.

We enjoy the facilities very much and it's a great place to just relax and let the kids see great things.

We make it a regular outing to see you as Jay-Ryan has a great time every time. His favourite is the R8, the blue a3 cabriolet and the white q5.

I myself drive an A3 which is fabulous.

I rang your parts department yesterday and they were extremely helpful and I purchased the model over the phone and it was to be posted to me. Today I received it! "Truly Fantastic" Leicester Audi - Service

I've been an Audi man now for several years and always loved them.

I live in London and usually get all my servicing done in one of the South London Audi centres. However, I've always found them very expensive and I have suspected on several occasions that they have recommended work which is not really necessary.

A good friend of mine, also a huge Audi fan, has been telling me for years of the great service he always gets at Leicester Audi. As I visit my father in Leicester a couple of times a year I finally decided this year to time my service with a visit to Leicester so I booked in with your service department.

I had already called several South London centres for quotes but your staff managed to offer me a much better option.

I brought the car in early Saturday morning and went to pick it up around midday. I was dealt with by Lee who was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Unfortunately as I drove out of your forecourt I noticed a fault that wasn't present when I dropped the car off.

When I drove back in Lee explained that all the technicians had left for the weekend. My family and I, including our 14 month old baby, had many plans for the next two days, including a wedding in Derby and work in London on Monday morning, so I was very concerned about getting the fault fixed. I needn't have worried at all. Lee was absolutely fantastic. He immediately arranged a courtesy car and promised to look into the fault and call me first thing Monday. By Tuesday the fault was completely fixed and on Thursday my car was delivered back to me in London by a very friendly and helpful driver.

The service I received from Lee and the team behind him throughout the entire service experience was truly fantastic, above and beyond what I expect from most organisations these days. I don't usually write this type of email but I really did want to say a huge 'Thank You' to Lee and all the team from myself and my family.

I mentioned my 14 month old, and we now have a second baby on the way. Our 2 door A4 convertible is now unfortunately unpractical and I've been looking at alternatives for a few months. I've considered several other car manufactorers along with the A4 estate. This experience has made my mind up, I'll stick with Audi, and always time my services with my visits to Leicester.

Usually I am the type of person to ignore requests for feedback. However, the service that I received from your team was so good that I feel compelled to report this back to you.

The whole process from beginning to end was faultless. The booking was straightforward and I received at least two reminders to ensure I didn’t forget. Your premises are first class and your staff are lovely, charming and helpful (particularly Steve who managed my booking). Tea and cake also good !

The courtesy car was first rate. I asked if my service and MOT could be completed by 1pm and by 11.30am I received a call to say that the car was ready to collect. Again collection was smooth and professional and the cleaning of the car, the water and mints were a nice touch.

Just a very brief email to extend my personal thanks to Mark Sheldrake and Maz Khan throughout the transaction of my Audi A5 over the Christmas holidays

I have never bought a used car without either a test drive or a physical inspection, but to be honest it didn’t matter when it came to purchasing from Mark. He said that the car was a stunning second-hand example and it is!

The entire process was conducted remotely, a couple of visits through to Mercedes Sytner in Sunderland to sign some paperwork and before two weeks had passed the car was on my drive, 300 miles from your showroom

I would like you to pass on my kind regards to Mark and his team for the excellent customer service throughout. He was very courteous and customer focused throughout.

This is the first Audi that I have owned having predominantly driven BMW and Volkswagen Golf. From the initial experience it won’t be the last, but given that this 4 year old car has only covered 5000 miles it may be some time before I am back again

I've been meaning to write since last October to say what wonderful service I received when I brought our car in with a technical fault. It just reminded me when i booked my car in for its proper service just now and again received very good care.

From the moment I telephoned to book in last october, to the lady who welcomed me at the door, to sinead who was a total star re checking in the car and letting me know what was happening and sorted everything... It's too easy to complain when things go wrong and forget when things are good.

I have to say sinead particularly was excellent!

I just wanted to sing the praises of the two people I dealt with when buying my new A6 Avant recently. I’ve had the car a few months now but thought today that I should let you know how pleasurable the experience was.

I first made contact with Eduard who put me on to Stuart who carried out the sales role and thanks to a job change also did the finance paperwork with me on collection.

Stuart was a pleasure to deal with and gave me both a no nonsense deal but also regular updates on my order and it’s progress. Ed also dropped me a line from time to time as I think he felt some responsibility after putting me in touch with Stuart.
