Had to disturb a sales meeting to get someone to attend to me after being stood at the unmanned front desk for at least 10 minutes.
All staff, either in person or on the phone, made me feel very welcome and were very polite and helpful. Lexi was my main contact on the day of the service and she was very pleasant and professional in all she did.
Considering it was the period between Christmas and New Year, the Receptionist and Sales Executive I dealt with were both bright, cheery, alert and most welcoming.
Yes, very much so, I have been buying cars from this Audi centre now for a few years now & the staff/management I have dealt with whilst either buying or servicing an Audi has always been done with such a welcoming manner & profesional approach
