After the initial worked had been carried out I was then told that other areas of work needed on the car had been identified. After this I did expect to have to leave the car for an extra day in order for this work to be carried out. But once again Charli exceeded my expectations and managed to get the parts delivered in order for all work to be carried out in one visit. ""Great experience despite the distance"" Harrogate Audi - Sales

I would like to put in writing my recent experience at your Harrogate Audi dealership. My search for an A1 started in my local area (I live near Gatwick) so I have been in contact with two local dealers who, although tried their best to find me a car, fell short in delivering what I would consider good customer experience.

After a number of visits it was clear that my budget was not going to stretch to a new car, so my search for a used one started. Having used the Audi UK web site I noticed there are a number of Audi UK cars in the network within my price bracket, but my local dealers were not able to supply a car anywhere near the prices I had seen on the site, so I started looking further afield and saw a car that almost met my requirement. This is where Mark  came in to the frame. He was polite, listened to my requirements and went through the spec, but as the colour was not my first choice I agreed that I would visit my local dealer to check the colour out. The following day I phoned Mark and said that the blue was not idea, so will pass. He said he will check if there is anything else and came back with a another offer after checking out the company stock.

After talking this through I agreed to buy the car. What stands out is that Mark wanted to deliver excellent customer service, but at the same time not time pushing me in to a deal that was not right for me, he returned my calls, answered all my questions, and there were a few, but at all time was professional and a real pleasure to deal with.


So can I please ask you to pass on my thanks to Mark as what was proving a challenge with my local dealers turned in to a great experience, even though we are over 200 miles apart.

I have had BMW's for the past 20 years, and changed to Audi last September. I always thought that the BMW customer service was exceptional, far better than any I had used since I first bought a car many years ago.

Well, I was wrong.The customer service I received last week from Harrogate Audi was a cut above anything I had experienced, from the time I rang to book the car in, through to the time I picked my car up. It is very easy to make a criticism of customer service, but rare to compliment, so well done to your team, and I assure you that you will get my future business.

I don't often give feedback as often I find little to say to organisations as customer service is lacking these days.

Congratulations on taking it seriously as it truly does make a difference!

The staff had either just had customer service training, or they realise the importance of it to their employer.

I was welcomed promptly and professionally, handed to an agent, offered and brought coffee, and good coffee too. Checking my car in and getting the courtesy car was quick and seamless.

Having the door opened for me and an umbrella held for me to get into my car was the icing on the cake. I felt like the Queen for a minute! If only you could have fixed the weather for the cabriolet.

I damaged two of my wheels first thing last Thursday morning.  It was a very difficult day for me because I was making arrangements for my dad's funeral.  I telephoned Harrogate Audi immediately and they said they could repair my wheels that day. 

The service was first class. The man who did my wheels, and I am sorry I forget his name, was absolutely brilliant. The job is perfect, you cannot tell they have been repaired. The chap in the service department who signed the job off when I collected the car was also first class and very professional.  All in all a 100% satisfied customer.

I currently drive another brand and through some car swapping bought the Audi in for service, what a difference between brands.

My existing car ends its lease in November and I will now be certainly considering an Audi, especially after my experience in the loan A6, a very different car to the A6 Avant and S4 I used to drive.

I can't say anything wrong about the service I received. I've had about 14 or 15 new cars and when I collected this one, it stood out among them all, because it was perfectly valeted. The handover of the vehicle was faultless.

From when we first went in with the original inquiry,  the guy we spoke to, was very helpful. He was up-to-speed with all the different aspects about the Audi range. It was a nice and pleasant experience. After we picked the car up, my wife rang the Audi bosses to pass on the comments.  We were kept informed about the build and with how things were going.  I certainly wouldn't hesitate going back there, when we change our car. There is another Audi dealer closer to us but we'll go back there for servicing, even though it's an hour's journey.

He confirmed that it was a wheel bearing problem.

"A real treat " Harrogate Audi - Sales

In April both of the family cars needed garage work, my partners car, an MOT, and my Audi TT, a service. He booked in with another garage near Pannel and I with you. All I can say is that I have been keen to share my experience with friends, colleagues, family and my partner.

On booking in with another manufactorer he was offered nothing and cost us both time from work for drop off and collection.When I called Audi Harrogate I was offered the use of a courtesy car or collection. Use was easy and excellent.

He was quoted one price on the phone, on collection they increased the cost, then when challenged dropped it again. I was quoted one price, and used one of my Synter vouchers. No messing.

The staff at Harrogate Audi are helpful, cheerful and always willing to take time to answer my questions.

The tin of sweets are always a real treat but to find the goody bag in the car with the remaining oil, screen wash and pitstop heartened my use of large garages.

A ten out of ten experience from Audi and a 2.5 (max) for the other dealership. Be assured, he has sent them feedback.

Will be in touch with the garage again soon to book for the MOT.
