Hi Tom,
I would like to confirm my complete satisfaction regarding my recent visit to your Leeds Road showroom/workshop.
What I had intended to be an opportunistic visit for opinion regarding a perceived fault on my vehicle's MMI turned into a full blown investigation and resolution of the problem.
This was handled competently and efficiently by the service staff including the provision of a loan car, as an overnight stay in the workshop was required.

Do you know what really annoys me these days? It’s the culture of blame. Someone has to be guilty of something, and everyone except the complainer is wrong.
I know of no harder work than having to deal with the public on a day to day basis. Everyone at Audi Huddersfield without exception showed the highest level of customer service, especially your good self and Isobel. (not forgetting the guys who collected and delivered the car either to and from my home or the Holiday Inn Brighouse.
Audi Huddersfield do certain things many other garages could learn from.
1. Disabled parking is clearly marked and near to the entrance.
2. You are welcomed with a smile – and a smile that is meant too – by Reception
3. Everyone that passes you , speaks to you, even if it is only a good morning or Hello
4. Everything is explained to you in language you can understand
5. You do what you say
6. Toilets are spotlessly clean
7. The seating area is as varied as it needs to be to cope with every size and ability (!)
Hold your head up high John, you deserve to!

Dear Mr Doran,
I called in to Huddersfield Audi on Saturday morning without any warning as a headlight bulb had blown. Despite the service department being busy they managed to fit me in and replace the bulb. I did say to the service department that if Saturday is a problem I would come back later but they insisted they could do the job shortly. I appreciate this was only a small job, but this kind of customer service is exceptional and I would like you to thank your service department on my behalf.
Incidentally I have colleagues with Audi’s who complain about the service they receive from their particular dealership but I always defend Huddersfield as I have never had anything but quality with regard to service. I only wish my company would allow me to source my car from you!

Dear Sirs
I feel sure you receive many customer plaudits about the great customer service experienced at Huddersfield. Let me add just one more to the list.
My A4 and I are both almost ten years older than we were when my wife and I purchased the car from Huddersfield Audi in July 2002. Like me the odd thing drops off or needs to be fixed, from time to time. Annoyingly, the front nearside side lamp 'popped' last week. While my wife was enjoying some retail therapy in Huddersfield, I spoke to Claire who checked that the workshop could accommodate me at short notice. Within half an hour, I had parked up, met Claire who provided me with a coffee and introduced me to Luke, who assured me the job was no problem, and arranged for the lamp to be replaced. Luke kept me well advised of progress and, as he had promised, within a further half an hour, the car was ready. By then, both the car and I were suitably refreshed, the former with a wash and clean, myself with a coffee, newspaper and television to help me relax. I returned to collect my wife and count the cost of her shopping.
The coffee, the replacement of the lamp, the car valet and the welcome can of de-icer were all provided - to my great surprise - free of cost, all of which as a recently made redundant chap was very much appreciated. The point in writing to you is not just to say thank you for those things, important as they are. But, particularly to advise you just how much I appreciated and value that highly personal touch provided by Claire, Luke, the un-named person who washed the car and the person who provided the de-icer.
We all know that valued customer service, i.e. the service we remember and makes we consumers return, is given with effort and sincerity. There was no sense of the service offered by Claire and Luke was in any way forced or unnatural. In fact, their service is just the opposite, warm and caring and respectful. I must also mention Alan, a member of staff I have met on many occasions. He also found time to have a few kind words of welcome, as well as remembering my name.
To find really consistently great service is unusual. To find it coming so easily to, dare I say, young people, is rare. I am sure you must be very pleased with the invisible, but invaluable, contribution they make to your organisation. For the avoidance of doubt, I am writing this note, not because I have nothing else to do - my wife makes sure my 'to do' list is kept long - but to record how much I enjoyed my visit last week and the great welcome and service I received. Here's to the next time!

I just wanted to drop you a quick email to say a big thank you for the service that you have provided me with over the last 24hrs. Whilst at a meeting in Huddersfield yesterday the engine management warning light came on and you were only too happy to happy to assist me. 24hrs later, parts order, fitted, car cleaned inside and out and some diesel added.

I would just like to say how happy I have been with the overall experience of Huddersfield Audi during my recent purchase.
In particular I would like to praise Andrew who sold me my Audi A1 Black Edition.
Upon walking through the doors of the showroom and Andrew introducing himself to the minute I drove away in my new car he was nothing but helpful, efficient and professional (with a good sense of humour!).
Having purchased 4 other brand's cars in the last 6 years from Sandal, the level of service provided by Andrew was unrivalled and if the service team are as good as Andrew then I can certainly say you will have yourselves another loyal customer for many years to come.

They treat me as a human being and their customer service is very good indeed.
