I phoned Leeds Audi to book my A3 in for a service and an MOT. I spoke with a gentleman who was very friendly and helpful. He took me through the details of the service and handled my enquiry very efficiently.

I arrived on Tuesday morning and was greeted by Chris who welcomed me to Leeds Audi and offered me a drink. I received a call at 2:40 to advise me my MOT had failed as it had a bulge in the rear tyre. This had not been picked up in the initial service. Charlotte apologised for the situation and advised me as a gesture of good will she would refund the cost of the tyre.

She handled the situation really well and such left me a satisfied loyal customer of Leeds Audi.

Just a quick message, to say thank you very much for all your help in supplying Lynn's new Audi. For most people, buying a new car doesn't happen every day and the experience should be special. You certainly surpassed the "special" level and the way we were treated on Sunday was exceptional. Really liked the reveal in the showroom and the flowers were lovely. The car was prepared to a very high standard, pity the weather can't stay dry enough to stay clean.

Lynn seems to be very pleased with her new investment and once she has mastered some of the new gizmos I am sure she will enjoy it a great deal.

"Let you decide at your own pace" Leeds Audi - Sales

I've dealt with Leeds Audi for a number of years and the sales team are excellent, very very good indeed. They're not pushy at all but dedicate the time to ensure you've all the information you need to make a decision at your own pace and in your own time. It's like talking to one of your mates. You really get a sense that they love the cars and the brand and this comes across when they talk to you about the cars, the specification and the different options available to you.

Everything was good, brilliant. Everybody is solid and the consistency in the level of customer service is excellent. Even though I had taken my car in for a service the salesman that I bought my car off came up and remembered my name which I thought was great.

I collected my new Q5 from you yesterday. Throughout my buying process I have dealt with John Hove. I live just outside of London, so until yesterday had never met John. However I want to record my appreciation of how he dealt with me throughout the process from ordering through to collection from Leeds yesterday. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him and he kept me fully informed throughout the period of what was happening to my car where it was etc. Yesterday he was excellent in showing me round the car, telling me how things work everything about the hand over. Customer Service is obviously very high on his priority and he excelled at it all. I would have no hesitation on recommending him to anyone wishing to purchase an Audi.

It has been a real pleasure dealing with Leeds Audi and because I live in the south am only sorry that I can not use you to service my car.

Just a quick note to say that I have been extremely impressed with the customer experience I have received at Leeds Audi. From the booking team, front of house and service departments. I was also impressed with the extra touches such as asking if I needed a lift anywhere once I'd dropped my car off and the complimentary sweets & refreshments etc. All this is done in a relaxed and welcoming way without being pretentious or overbearing which I think is crucial. I would like to say that in 34 years of driving cars from Ford's to Porsche's. I find your service department exemplary.

Having booked my car in with Amy Tonkinson I found the service brilliant all the way with constant updates and professional service.

Amy is a credit to your business.

I have not owned an Audi since 1990. I currently like the TT I have and was loaned an A5 while mine was in another superb car I shall be looking at when I change models.

I shall be booking my car in with you for servicing in the future.

I would like to drop you a quick e mail to let you know of my recent experience when purchasing my new car from your dealership.

Kenny was the sales person we dealt with from point of order to handover and I can only describe the experience as a welcome change, handover was excellent and Kenny made a real effort with us and even covered the car up with the new model launch covers which I thought was a nice gesture.

Kenny kept in touch over the next couple of days to make sure I was completely satisfied with the car; I have to say I have had so many average dealings with motor traders over the years so credit where it is due the experience to date has been excellent.

I realise I am somewhat of a perfectionist when it comes to cars (Ken will know what I mean) so please pass on my thanks personally to Ken for a good job and the loan of his car.

""absolutely fantastic service."" Leeds Audi - Service

On Saturday morning my husband and I had the misfortune of breaking down in our 18 month old A5, on a day out travelling to see family

We contacted the breakdown centre and from that moment on we had absolutely fantastic service.  The breakdown team arranged everything for us and between them and your staff at Leeds they rang us every half an hour to ensure we were ok.

Unfortunately our car could not be repaired at the road side and we had to be assisted back to the Audi garage at Leeds.  Again your staff were absolutely brilliant, even though we had our dog with us they invited us to sit in the showroom and have a warm drink until a taxi arrived to take us home

It is always a shock to break down but your team ensured that we were safe and well and we cannot offer our thanks enough.  You have an excellent team who are a credit to you especially Jane and Adele at the breakdown centre and Maxine at your Leeds showroom.

""I'm in good hands with Leeds Audi."" Leeds Audi - Service

On Thursday 14/4, I'd booked my car in for a check up. The day was just the worst day I could have planned for. I was really stressed with work stuff and realised at 6pm that I'd left my house keys attached to the car key. I didn't have any means to get in the house as my "back ups" were away, and I have a dog who would have been very hungry and upset at not being walked and so on. I was also going out for a meal with friends that evening. I tried to contact the number Charlotte had rung me on a couple of times and it went to answer phone. I assumed the shop was closed and I was really working out how I'd get through the night and ready for work the next day. Then, well after 6, Charlotte rang me back. I can't tell you how relieved and happy this made me. We paid the bill, she arranged to leave my keys with her colleagues and I was able to get home safely, feed the dog, go out for the meal and enjoy another stressful day at work. Not only that, but the very genuine welcome and offer of help I received when I arrived all hot and flustered that evening, was outstanding - get this: my car was parked right outside the front door, so I didn't even have to look for it.

You did very well and I'll be back. Unfortunately for me a missing spring in the rear suspension has been spotted, so more repair work but I'm in good hands with Leeds Audi.

""Great customer service"" Leeds Audi - Service

Hi Nigel

I just picked up my wife’s car which needed looking at as the EML light came on.

The service from the drop off this morning to the collection this afternoon was excellent. I was looked after in the main by Cheryl, but the person who greeted me at the door and another guy who handed the car over were also great.

I previously used to have my Audi RS4 serviced by you. However, the advent of a family meant selling it and getting a Volvo XC60 from a dealership in Leeds. I have been nothing but unimpressed and frustrated by them, so to experience great customer service makes an extremely refreshing change!

""Excellent Service"" Leeds Audi - Service

Dear Nigel,

At a time when people are very quick to complain I just wanted to make you aware of the excellent service and support I have received from one of your Leeds Audi Master Technicians (Lee).

My new A6 has had a very frustrating (but non mission critical) problem with the SatNav traffic information function (TMC) which has not been working. I travel a lot so this function (when working properly) is something I have come to rely on in my previous cars.

Lee was immediately sympathetic, and has worked over the last few weeks to understand the problem, including spending some time driving the same model from your existing vehicle stock.

Touch wood the problem now seems to have been resolved, following a software update.

Although the problem was an inconvenience, I feel that I have received excellent customer service from Leeds Audi for which I am grateful.

Good Afternoon,

I had my car serviced at your centre today and just want to provide some feedback on my experience.

Slick, professional, warm, attentive and high quality are some of the words I’d use to describe it.

From the courtesy call yesterday to make sure my booking was still ok, to the greeting at the door this morning (and being recognised by name with prompt), being escorted to Charlotte who had the paperwork out and ready, to being escorted out and having a door opened to an A6, getting safely dropped off outside work, being called by Charlotte on the agreed number at the agreed time to say the service was finished, to being recognised by Charlotte when I walked back in, to the paperwork being ready, full but concise explanation of what work has been completed, to having my car pulled out of the parking space ready to drive away, to having the door opened and key inserted into the ignition and finished with a kind farewell greeting with complimentary sweets in hand.

Getting a car serviced should be a mundane affair really shouldn’t it? I was made to feel valued, recognised and respected as a customer. I work in a service industry and I know how difficult it is to execute this right, and do it every time, but today you certainly cracked it. I also recognise the power of satisfaction and therefore recommendation – well I have recommended you to 10 people in the office already and they are very satisfied with a late-afternoon sweet!

The devil is definitely in the detail – keep up the good work.

Overall I just thought they were fabulous, all of them. 100 percent every effort. I think they went above what they needed to do because it wasn't their problem that my warranty wasn't covering it but they really tried to help me.
