I have recently been to the new set up on Narborough road and I can say that it was fantastic right from the turning off the road I was greeted by a lovely girl and then has I went further another lovely girl all who knew my name and then I went into reception and there I was asked if I wanted coffee as the guy who was booking my car in was with another client then he came and fetched me from the coffee area I went off to fosse park to shop and when I came back the car was ready for me and you had cleaned my car inside and washed it outside I have never had such a good experience of taking my car to a garage!!!
I was a Transport manager for 16 years so I know what I am talking about I have been to about every franchise garage you can name including Rolls Royce!

"Outstanding" Leicester Audi - Service
As someone who works in a sales and service industry, it takes a lot for me to be impressed by quality of service - in fact I would say I am easily under-whelmed and quick to find fault.
I have to say, the way your team looked after me last week was nothing short of outstanding, but to be honest, was as I expected having had similar experience when you were at Blackbird Road.
To cut a long story short, I had an engine management warning when 130 miles from home last Tuesday - I had it checked at Audi Southend and decided to limp home and get your team to sort it. The problem was a temperature gauge in the exhaust system which was going cost £98 plus VAT for the part plus 2.5 hours labour. Ouch!
As the car is out of warranty I asked if there was any goodwill possible- I had little or no hope but had to ask at least. You can imagine my delight when Naz informed me that you had persuaded Audi UK to cover the parts and labour cost - no charge to me. I have no clue whether that would have happened if I hadnt asked but it makes no difference - you got it for me and thats what counts in my book.
Combined with the welcome I received on arrival, the coffee, the cake, the lift home, the friendly manner of your staff, the overall experience of something which could have been very stressful , was actually very pleasant. .. and my father-in-law is now considering changing his VW Tiguan for a Q3!

I've been an Audi man now for several years and always loved them.
I live in London and usually get all my servicing done in one of the South London Audi centres. However, I've always found them very expensive and I have suspected on several occasions that they have recommended work which is not really necessary.
A good friend of mine, also a huge Audi fan, has been telling me for years of the great service he always gets at Leicester Audi. As I visit my father in Leicester a couple of times a year I finally decided this year to time my service with a visit to Leicester so I booked in with your service department.
I had already called several South London centres for quotes but your staff managed to offer me a much better option.
I brought the car in early Saturday morning and went to pick it up around midday. I was dealt with by Lee who was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Unfortunately as I drove out of your forecourt I noticed a fault that wasn't present when I dropped the car off.
When I drove back in Lee explained that all the technicians had left for the weekend. My family and I, including our 14 month old baby, had many plans for the next two days, including a wedding in Derby and work in London on Monday morning, so I was very concerned about getting the fault fixed. I needn't have worried at all. Lee was absolutely fantastic. He immediately arranged a courtesy car and promised to look into the fault and call me first thing Monday. By Tuesday the fault was completely fixed and on Thursday my car was delivered back to me in London by a very friendly and helpful driver.
The service I received from Lee and the team behind him throughout the entire service experience was truly fantastic, above and beyond what I expect from most organisations these days. I don't usually write this type of email but I really did want to say a huge 'Thank You' to Lee and all the team from myself and my family.
I mentioned my 14 month old, and we now have a second baby on the way. Our 2 door A4 convertible is now unfortunately unpractical and I've been looking at alternatives for a few months. I've considered several other car manufactorers along with the A4 estate. This experience has made my mind up, I'll stick with Audi, and always time my services with my visits to Leicester.

Usually I am the type of person to ignore requests for feedback. However, the service that I received from your team was so good that I feel compelled to report this back to you.
The whole process from beginning to end was faultless. The booking was straightforward and I received at least two reminders to ensure I didn’t forget. Your premises are first class and your staff are lovely, charming and helpful (particularly Steve who managed my booking). Tea and cake also good !
The courtesy car was first rate. I asked if my service and MOT could be completed by 1pm and by 11.30am I received a call to say that the car was ready to collect. Again collection was smooth and professional and the cleaning of the car, the water and mints were a nice touch.
Well done. Top class service. I shall have no hesitation in booking with you next time.

"First class service" Leicester Audi - Service
All I can say is my time with Audi from last Thursday morning from dropping my car off to picking up my car on Monday morning was excellent. From not knowing were to park my car when I arrived to being greeted with I will take your keys from you Mrs Mowbray and show you were to go and then Ryan taking over was what I would class as first class service.
Ryan was a pleasure to deal with and if he ever wants to give up his job and come and work for me he can, his customer service was excellent from taking my car keys, through to keeping me informed on the repair on my car, through to your car is ready. I told him off for being too happy especially on a Monday morning but I cannot fault him at all, he was an excellent representative for your brand.
Whilst waiting I enquired about the new A3 and again Ryan was more than helpful showing me round and explaining the key features and explaining the new S line wasn’t out yet, again he didn’t need to as he was busy.
I would have no hesitation in recommending the garage to anyone with an Audi as a brand it’s reputation in my eyes has made me question my other choice of car based on the service I received.

"Very Impressive" Leicester Audi - Service
The vehicle I own is a private vehicle and, hence, I do have to fund all of the maintenance and repairs myself. On the most recent occasion it was necessary for a cam belt change, MOT and front discs and pads to be replaced, which is a costly exercise.
Notwithstanding that, I did ring around Audi specialists other than dealerships and could not better your price. As such, I took the obvious course of having the work carried out at your Leicester main dealership.
With regard service, having just returned from annual leave, I contacted your Audi Centre at Narborough where ‘Chelsea’ was very professional in arranging for me to have the car 'booked' in within my preffered timeframe and at short notice.
On delivering the vehicle to the Leicester Branch, I dealt with your Service Advisor, Nasrul, who kept me appraised of what was occurring on the day and also gave me a full update when I collected the vehicle.
In summary, I would say that the service was carried out most efficiently and effectively and your staff dealt with me very professionally and your new centre is indeed a very impressive facility.
As such, it will be my intention to continue to use your facility for the maintenance of this vehicle whilst it is in my possession.

"Extremely Friendly" Leicester Audi - Service
I had my Audi A3 serviced on 12th April and was extremely impressed by the service provided by your colleagues at Leicester Audi.
Bare in mind I have had my Audi for 3 years-ish now and as it’s a company car, I do some considerable mileage, so have had it serviced a number of times. This was my first visit to Leicester Audi as I have only recently moved to Hinckley; previously I have had it serviced at Amersham Audi and Watford Audi and although they also provided an excellent service I thought Leicester shone head and shoulders above the others.
On my arrival I was met by an extremely pleasant and friendly welcome and the offer of a cup of tea while I waited for my service advisor to free – although this is obviously very welcome and appreciated I have received just a good a welcome in other Audi garages mentioned above. Apologises I do not know the name of the lady who welcomed me.
The service advisor himself, called Ryan like his colleague, was extremely friendly and courteous, but I have come to expect this from Audi so that wasn’t the exceptional part. When I came to return my courtesy car and I was unfortunately running late due to traffic Ryan offered to stay open later than he would have normally and when I arrived and apologised he seemed only more than happy to be able to assist me – his flexibility and desire to do what’s best for the customer should not be understated. I kept apologising because I am aware it is not that pleasant to have to stay at work later than planned but Ryan constantly said it wasn’t a problem and in the manor he said it I honestly believed him. Ryan is a credit to Audi and in particular to Leicester Audi. I’m not sure I would have been smiling as much as him if I was kept at work longer than I had wished or planned.
One of the reasons my next company car I have ordered is going to be another Audi is due to the high quality customer service offered at the service centres.

Just a word of thanks to Audi Leicester for the overall experience of choosing your centre again for my cars.
The Major Long life service, not only was the service completed with £180 saved by not needing to change the multitronic gearbox oil, (had I been charged for this part of the service I would have been none the wiser) again my vehicle was picked up from my home, serviced, vac , washed & dried and returned F.O.C two outstanding factory recalls were also completed(owners might like to consider these points when contemplating weather or not to save a few pounds and have their Audi serviced at a local "specialist").

Having recently had my Audi serviced at your garage, I have decided to take some time out of my busy day, which I would not normally do, because I felt your Service team was impeccable! Ryan was possibly the nicest person I've met in that situation.
I've owned a different car each year covering all different makes, from Renaults to BMWs and now my Audi. I have experienced many different car dealerships in my time and I can honestly say I've never felt so looked after. It has actually made me place Audi as my preferred choice of car for the future.
I was put off using Sytner garages by the another dealership, I assumed their culture was across the Sytner brand. However having been to your garage I realise it's only the dealership which act in that manner. Your dealership has restored my faith in the Sytner name.

I appreciate that the routine of contacting customers, booking them in, organising courtesy cars, going through job cards and providing follow ups is a well rehearsed and practiced one, however, it truly works and the Audi experience this week was excellent.
From the initial booking through to Steve asking me if I had a favourite radio station he could tune into the loan vehicle, the experience was great as always.
We are constantly addressing customer service at my company and the quality of it and I have have again this week used Audi as an example of where we should be as a business.

This week was my second visit to Audi Leicester. The first visit was great as my window (driver’s side) was jammed down and you managed to fit me in the next day to get this fixed (I called just before 5:00pm the day before). The car was still under warranty from Audi Tamworth but there was no hesitation in getting it fixed.
My second visit was this week and whilst the car was undergoing its MOT and I also had an iPod connection fitted. Lucy looked after me and even though she has only been with you a short while she came across as very confident and has a great personality. She kept me informed on progress and sat with me, in my car, to make sure I understood how the iPod connection worked via the Audi audio system.
I hope the move to your new premises goes as planned and I will see you there next time my car requires attention.

In my experience, people are quick to complain but slow to praise so I am going some way to try and redress the balance! My beloved Audi TT was booked in for a service today at my local Audi garage in Leicester.
I found the whole experience a positive one, largely due to Lucy who was ‘service with a smile’ personified! She was efficient and cheerful when booking in and when I picked up my car later. I had explained to her that the volume of the sound (technical term – boing!) made when Bluetooth connected with my phone was somewhat overpowering and could someone have a go at reducing it! Sadly the technician was unable to do this as ‘the customer had not left her phone!’
Lucy took it upon herself to attend to the problem cleverly connecting her own phone. This was surely service above and beyond the call of duty and I am indebted to her (as are all the residents in my close who were subject to the said ‘boing’ day and night!) She was then able to pass on this information to me ensuring that peace and quiet can always be maintained in Narborough!
In conclusion, if the standard of care and courtesy shown to me by Lucy (and several other members of your staff) is anything to go you have an organisation to be proud of and I will not hesitate in recommending the service to others.

I would like to take the time to email you and tell you what a great service I have had from Audi.
This is not the first time I have received great customer service. I would like to compliment the service I have received from Ryan, from the service department in Leicester Audi.
Both times he has gone above and beyond to ensure I am extremely satisfied with the service. Our recent visit we had a little mix up which left me waiting in the waiting area for an hour and a half, but Ryan was able to recognise situation and corrected it without the need for a fuss.

I hate everything to do with garages/ calling to book/waiting on the phone etc. so I need no hassle, least amount of effort (for me) style service and that’s what I got. I liked the text reminder, your guys that turned up to collect the car and drop off were really polite and courteous (I didn’t expect that) and thought this email was a really nice touch.

I wanted to give some positive feedback on our recent service between Xmas and new year.
New premises very impressive, service personal great, Nas explained everything that would occur. He arranged for the checking of the other items I mentioned and replaced my drivers wiper free of charge. The car was ready after 2 hours which was a bonus. Loved having nice clean car to drive away with, such a shame it was raining. The visit for the service made it more of a pleasure than a chore.
