FOR THE FIRST TIME
In terms of acceleration and top speed, the new Audi RS 3 Sportback is the best in its class. The torque splitter, seen in an Audi for the first time in the new RS 3 models gives the vehicles maximum agility and optimal stability. More powerful than ever is the 2.5 TFSI five-cylinder high-performance engine, boasting 400 hp and 500 Nm. Sprinting from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.8 seconds, you'll be sure to feel the sporty nature of the RS 3 Sportback.
ADVANCED INTERIOR
Another first is the RS Runway design. In the interior, the driver gazes upon the Audi virtual cockpit plus which now features the RS Runway design. This setting displays RPMs in the opposite direction in a way that visually resembles an airplane runway. The Audi virtual cockpit plus includes displays for g-forces, lap times, and acceleration from 0 – 100 km/h, 0 – 200 km/h, quarter-mile, and eighth of a mile. Also available in the RS 3 is the head-up display, projecting information on to the windscreen. Adding to the sporty racing feel of the new RS 3 Sportback is the carbon-fibre trim in the instrument panel, the RS sports seats with RS embossing and the diamond quilting.
DYNAMIC AND POWERFUL
In the front, the wide RS bumper, distinctive honeycomb grille, and the large air intakes give the compact sports car a powerful, striking appearance. The RS 3 comes standard-equipped with flat, wedge-shaped LED headlights and LED taillights including dynamic turn signal lights. Matrix LED headlights are also available as standard from the Carbon Black trim. The new RS 3 models come in a wide range of exterior colours, allowing you to pick something that suits you perfectly. As well as Kyalami Green and Turbo blue, you can opt for the metallic finishes Kemora Grey, Mythos Black, Glacier White, Tango Red, and Python Yellow as well as the Daytona Grey pearlescent finish.
