I cannot speak highly enough of Clare who showed genuine customer focus and efficiently, honestly and pleasantly tried her utmost to "get me back on the road" as soon as possible - and when it became obvious that this was not possible in my car through not being able to get parts immediately, provided a solution in the form of a courtesy car which was exceptional in its inclusion of listening carefully and empathetically to my circumstances and accommodating these.

Just a quick email to make you aware of the excellent customer service I received last Tuesday from Carl when collecting my new Audi TT. The attention to detail in the handover was excellent and despite, what is traditionally a very busy day due to the new registration, no corners were cut and Carl ensured that I was fully aware of all aspects of the car, especially the DSG, as this was my first automatic car.

It is very easy to accept these things as good customer service and just move on, but I thought it would be good to record this as such. It does make an impression and due to this, I will now be getting any servicing carried out at Slough Audi, if this is the type of excellent customer service that I can expect.

Hi Alex,

From the moment I drove in and someone greeted me by name and showed me into reception, to the taxi which took me to my office (in bath rd) the attention to detail and personal service exceeded my expectations.

I would particularly like to mention your service advisor Claire who looked after me exceptionally well. She kept me informed and arranged a courtesy car for me when it became evident my car needed an overnight stay. She also spoke directly with the leasing company and the tyre company and had my tyres replaced for me. I was very impressed by her concern for my safety and her ownership of the situation

It is very rare that I am impressed enough to write and say thank you but certainly feel this situation warrants a thank you so please pass on my thanks to Claire and I hope you are able to recognize what a great job she does!

I would like to take a moment to congratulate you on the outstanding service provided by your sales team, particularly Alexander Smith. We picked up our new Audi A1 earlier this week and are delighted with both the car itself and also the end to end buying experience. Alex proved to be a breath of fresh air when it comes to the buying process, providing expert advice on the options available without ever making us feel pressured in any way. Alex kept us informed on progress and always called with an update as promised. He, along with the rest of the staff, was also more than happy to help us when we came in with both our young children. You went in there and you got treated like you could be treated as a customer. It was good. I always buy new cars. I normally buy Ford and I thought this time I am not going to do that because I had a bad experience with them. I though I am going to pay a little bit more and buy an Audi. It was worth it. It is worth for me because I am happy with the car and I was happy with the service. As regard to recommending them, yes I would.
