There have been vast improvements at Audi Victoria Service centre . There have been occasions in the past when , on entering the premises, customers can just 'stand there' without anyone looking up from their desks immediately or making any form of greeting . Hopefully that has now been rectified .

In terms of feedback - the service from John was exceptional, I was always aware of where my car was and when it would be returned. The car was cleaned inside and out perfectly, I've never seen my car so clean and I even had someone commenting - 'wow new car' when entering - the inside was cleaned so well. Please thank him for the brilliant job and look forward to using your garage in future!

The team were increadibly slick and effective and the tunaround was very quick so I wasn't sat about waiting to see someone. This enabled me to get on with what I needed to do that day.
