Even though they're really busy they manage to spend time with you making sure you're happy with everything…they seemed to bend over backwards to help me. They always made sure that they worked around me, rather than it be me working around them.

First of all they are all incredibly helpful. They try to be prompt, as soon as you walk in they deal with you right away. They wash your car for free which is a nice gesture. The prices were reasonable against the expectations of main dealers. I always felt that the whole experience was good, reasonable and great value.

The guys who collected the car were so friendly and altough we had difficulty locating where the car was parked they were extremley patient and understanding. I just wanted to say that Jordan provided exceptionally good customer service last week. Our little A3 (worth very little) was in last week for an MOT and the bare minimum yet I felt like we owned an R8!! First class and a real credit to the company. John too is exceptionally good.

I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know how impressed I was with Jordan who works at your Eccleston Place branch in SW1.

He was so helpful, organised and understanding and really helped me diligently. I am a very busy person and my business is very demanding he was able to resolve all matters with my car in 24 hours. He instilled my faith in Audi and has swayed me to perhaps buying another Audi once I sell my current vehicle. Good customer service is very hard to find so I thought you should be aware that he was excellent.
