West London Audi - Giving Back

As you know, the team at West London Audi love to get involved when it comes to raising funds and awareness of any great cause! BBC Children in Need this year was no exception. Here they are showing their support by coming to work in fancy dress.

West London Audi supports dedicated children’s charity Shooting Star Chase and donated an Audi Driving Experience to be offered as a prize at their Annual Ball, held at the Dorchester on October 1^st.

The Audi Driving Experience raised £3,000 through the Fire up the Quattro Quiz which used the heads and tales format and guests paid cash to enter. Patron Philip Glenister presented the quiz and the Audi Driving Experience was the perfect prize and the winner was presented the prize immediately by Patron Keeley Hawes.

Barclays Take One Small Step into the Night

West London, Mayfair and Victoria Audi are very much committed to Giving Back, particularly within our local communities. For this reason our teams are getting together to take part in Barclay’s charity walk: Step in to the Night, in support of UNICEF and Heart radio’s charity, Have a Heart.

The 10km night walk through London will take place on Wednesday 21st September, starting off at 7pm near Tower Bridge.

Last year over 800 people took part and raised over £600,000 for vulnerable children in London.

West London Audi Hit the Beach to show their support.

West London Audi showed their support for BEN’s Hit the Beach week by dressing up in their finest Beachwear on Friday 22nd July. We raised a total of £104.39 which will go directly to BEN.

West London Audi were proud to be the Title Sponsors of the Sparks Annual Fashion Show.

The glamorous event was hosted by TV presenter and fashion guru Lisa Butcher, providing an insight into fashion from the last decade. Ray Campbell, Head of Business hosted a table at the glamorous event where he was joined by nine of his female staff.

As part of their association with Sparks, West London Audi donated the use of a brand new Audi A1 to be raffled off for a year to one lucky Sparks supporter. The winner was drawn on 1st December at West London Audi by Simon Shaw MBE, who also works closely with the charity.

Children In Need Event at West London Audi

This year our team raised £1,000 from donations of £5 from staff who dressed up for the occasion and £10 from those that didn't. Head of Business Ray Campbell agreed to have his legs waxed for this worthy charity. Ouch!!

Not sure Ray will be repeating this particular activity next year though?

A huge well done to the brave lot from our 3 Centres, West London Audi, Mayfair Audi and Victoria Audi who jumped 13,000ft for charity!

Ray Barnes, Rebecca Campbell, Nikki Canale, Terri Carle, Chris Grant, Denzil Van Biljon, Karan Verma and Nick White braved the freezing cold weather to take the plunge. Over all they raised over £1,000 for the Shooting Star Children's Hospice

Head of Business Ray Campbell said "What a fantastic achievement by some of my fantastic team - I'm really proud and admire them all for their courage, in the main none of them had ever parachuted in the past - We're huge supporters of the Children's Hospice and I'm sure they'll benefit hugely from the sponsorship raised"
