Every BMW belongs on the road. With Fast Lane Service, you can make sure your BMW is back there as soon as possible. And while your BMW is being serviced, you can be relaxing in our customer lounge, using wireless internet access or taking a test drive in one of the latest BMW models.

Within 90 minutes you will be back on the road in your newly serviced, washed and vacuumed BMW.

Every BMW Approved Technician who services your vehicle has been through our own rigorous BMW training programme, so they know the most efficient way to perform the tasks on the service schedule.

When you phone to book your BMW in for a service, the Service Department will ask you a few questions about your requirements.  This information will determine whether the work can be finished within 90 minutes: if so, you will be offered the option of a Fast Lane Service.

With Fast Lane Service, you won't need either Collection and Delivery or a Loan Car. That means we can provide you with an earlier appointment, so you can have your BMW serviced and back on the road sooner.

While you are with us you're warmly invited to relax in our customer lounge. Check your email and surf the web via our complementary wireless access. Take a leisurely look at the latest BMW models. Or simply sit back in comfort with a good cup of tea or coffee and read the paper. With Fast Lane Service, attentive staff will help you make the most of the short wait while your BMW is worked on.

Keeping you informed

Because you will be on hand, if our BMW Approved Technicians discover a need for further repair work, they can discuss it straight away with you. If it proves necessary to undertake further work, you will be given the option of making another appointment at a date to suit you or we can continue work on the car immediately.

There are four steps to Fast Lane Service

1. Contact our Service Department. Our team will immediately check whether the work can be completed as a Fast Lane Service, how long it is expected to take and how much it will cost.

2. Bring in your BMW. You arrive prior to the appointment time and your BMW is checked in immediately so work can begin without delay.

3. Enjoy our hospitality. Relax, finish some work, enjoy the wide range of facilities and your short stay can be productive.

4. Drive away. With all work completed within the agreed time, your BMW is ready for the road.
