• Replacement like for like / prestige hire car within 24 hours if your vehicle cannot be driven (includes cracked lights, missing wing mirrors, doors unable to open)
• Free like for like / prestige hire car within 3 working days for a drivable vehicle
• Hire vehicle can either be delivered to home, work, or your preferred Sytner BMW dealership
• No insurance excess necessary
• No claims bonus will not be affected
• Free personal injury claim service available
• Vehicles are repaired at BMW Approved Bodyshops by qualified technicians

The Sytnerdrive service is refreshingly straightforward. We will ask you for details about the circumstances of your accident and about the identity of the person you believe to have caused it. We will also discuss with you how you generally use your car. Provided that we are confident you will be able to recover the hire charges from the negligent third party, we will then provide an acceptable recplacement vehicle.
