It's important to know that your BMW is serviced by highly trained technicians who understand the performance engineering of your car. However, we do not expect you to pay unfairly for this privilege, we regularly undertake price comparisons and you'll find us eager to Price Match any other genuine like for like quotation.
BMW Service Inclusive is available on all new BMW models and covers the cost of a comprehensive list of service items for up to 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever occurs first. BMW Service Inclusive can be purchased at any point within the first 60 days of registration of your new BMW at a greatly reduced price and then at full price at any point before the vehicles first service. This one off, inflation proof payment not only offers peace of mind but the benefits are also fully transferrable to any subsequent owner and can even enhance the resale value of your BMW.
Service Inclusive Plus.
For added peace of mind, BMW Service Inclusive Plus extends this cover level to include brake pads and discs and even the clutch, and what's more, every BMW registered from the 1st of January 2013 with either Service Inclusive or Service Inclusive Plus also benefits from an extended MOT Protect cover level.
BMW models with Service Inclusive or Service Inclusive Plus that were registered before 1st January 2013 are covered for 5 years or 60,000 miles, whichever occurs sooner.
BMW models with Service Inclusive or Service Inclusive Plus that were sold as Direct Sales vehicles, are covered for 5 years or 60,000 miles, whichever occurs sooner.
For BMW models registered from 1st of January 2013 with either Service Inclusive or Service Inclusive Plus, MOT Protect also covers the 1st, 2nd and 3rd MOT allowing you to continue enjoying peace of mind and worry free motoring.
For BMW 7 Series Service Inclusive, parts and items are covered for 5 years or 50,000 miles from the date of registration.

New BMW -
The BMW Three Year Unlimited Mileage Centre Warranty offers complete protection against almost every eventuality and includes BMW Emergency Service. Repairs are carried out quickly and efficiently by BMW Service Authorised Workshops. Toward the expiry of your BMW Centre Warranty, provided your car has been serviced in accordance with BMW recommendations, you will be invited to purchase an Insured Warranty.
Used BMW -
Warranty covering your BMW Approved Used Car is the finest and most extensive of its type available. Designed to protect your investment and reduce your cost of ownership, the BMW Warranty even guarantees your vehicle's battery and exhaust system for 12 months. It also includes Emergency Service cover and 12 months MOT cover that protects you against the unexpected costs that might arise from MOT failure. The maximum claims liability covered by the BMW Warranty is unlimited up to the purchase price paid for the vehicle, inclusive of VAT and also covers you while travelling in Europe.
If the warranty on your new or Approved Used BMW is coming to an end or has expired, BMW Insured Warranty can help to protect you against the unexpected cost of repairs and replacement parts. With a choice of cover levels and a range of options, including BMW Insured Emergency Service, you can tailor your BMW warranty protection to your own individual needs. BMW Insured Emergency Service provides help for BMW drivers in motoring emergencies, anywhere in the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland and Continental Europe. If your car is immobilised, we can help you. We have an extensive network of Emergency Service centres with experienced multi-lingual BMW staff who will be pleased to take care of you, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
1 BMW Service Inclusive cover the following items:
a) BMW Service Inclusive covers the cost of parts, labour and fluids for
the following service items: engine oil service, air filter, micro filter, fuel
filter (diesel models only) and spark plugs. These items are covered from
the date of first registration for a period of 3 years or 36,000 miles
(whichever occurs sooner).
b) Applicable to 7 Series only - BMW Service Inclusive covers the
cost of parts, labour and fluids for the following service items: engine oil
service, engine oil top-up, brake fluid (at 3rd year only), air filter, micro filter,
fuel filter (diesel models only) and spark plugs. These items are covered
from the date of first registration for a period of 5 years or 50,000 miles
(whichever occurs sooner).
2 Items not specifically mentioned above and items requiring
replacement or repair due to excessive wear and tear or misuse are not
covered by BMW Service Inclusive.
3 Work carried out under the BMW Service Inclusive programmes will be
indicated by the vehicle’s on-board computer and BMW guidelines. Work
must be carried out in line with BMW service schedules and BMW repair
instructions (copies of which are available on request) which may be
updated or vary from time to time according to the manufacturer’s
4 If vehicles have undergone any form of unapproved aftermarket tuning
or performance enhancement, any right to request services or parts
under BMW Service Inclusive ceases with immediate effect.
5 Servicing must be carried out at a BMW Service Authorised Workshop
by BMW Approved Technicians as specified in the Owner’s Manual.
6 BMW Service Inclusive are transferable to subsequent owners of the
car but not transferable to another car.
7 Costs paid for BMW Service Inclusive are non-refundable.
8 Where BMW Service Inclusive comes as standard with the vehicle,
customers can opt-out up to the point of vehicle registration.
