Even though I had booked the service via your call centre over a month before (as I was going to Cape Town for Easter). I was not on the programme for the day. The woman on Service Reception was not phased, and booked me in on priority.

Could do with more privacy at the service desks and waiting to be seen - very difficult to have private conversations with service staff. also difficult to wait without other people 'pushing in' as there is no obvious area to wait.
