We are passionate about customer service

We survey every customer to ensure we are meeting our customers’ needs and use this feedback to guide the on-going training and development of our dealership team.

As you will see from most of my feedback I'm not a pleased customer of the service provided at Sytner when buying my car. I am also not a person to normally complain. Im 21 years of age and it was my second car that I was buying so it was a extremely exciting day/period of time and I felt extremely let down by the overall service. I wasn't made welcome since everything including paper work was done sat in there waiting are (coffee area) not even at a desk. For BMW i felt this was extremely unprofessional.
