I would like to highlight the outstanding service which I received when purchasing my BMW 5 series from your dealership.
My initial telephone enquiry was answered promptly and your sales executive John Rosser helped me through the negotiation process to secure a fantastic deal. John managed to answer all of my queries quickly and efficiently and kept in touch at every stage of the buying process. Having purchased numerous cars in the past and also having worked in the motor trade myself a number of years ago I really come to value good service which is becoming increasingly hard to find.
John managed to exceed my expectations at all times even helping with directions down from Glasgow on the morning of collection and he had a bacon roll waiting for me after the five hour drive. The car was immaculate and even though it was my second 5 series John still took the time to talk me through the subtle differences in the car and made all the necessary paperwork streamlined and trouble free.
I can say without exaggeration that this was the most pleasurable/stress free car buying experience I have ever had.

He is knowledgeable about the cars, extremely helpful in tracking problems and fixing them, very friendly, remembers your name and personal details and so on. You should hold him up as a model for all your staff, although that might embarrass him. It's nice to hand out compliments in your industry!
