We are passionate about customer service

We survey every customer to ensure we are meeting our customers’ needs and use this feedback to guide the on-going training and development of our dealership team.

I used the BMW service where your car is collected. The only problem was, on the telephone I had been advised that the car would be collected anytime between 8.30 and 9.30. In actual fact, the man arrived after 10.30am which made me very late for work. If I had been given a more accurate window for collection I would have planned my day accordingly and not have been inconvenienced.

The car belongs to my daughter who was unwell at the time, so we took the car in for servicce on her behalf. We were made very welcome, particularly by Petra who went out of her way to do so. Petra dealt with us in an extremely professional but friendly way; her customer care was faultless.
