I just wanted to say what great service I received last week while having my car serviced.
Shaun Simpson was dealing with the work and has been very helpful, keeping me informed at every stage.
When picking my car up Shaun explained every detail and what other services Maranello offer, event showing me the service facilities.
In my experience good customer service is hard to find, especially in the motor industry. I will certainly be using Maranello again and recommending you to others.

The car is amazing and such a total pleasure to drive. On Saturday I had the chance to put a few miles on it before heading off to the Grove for dinner. On Sunday I got to know the car with the user manual under the cover of my garage (it rained most of the day). I wanted to let you know just how impressed I was with how you and Maranello operate as a company and the extreme emphasis you place on customer service. It was one of the best customer experiences I’ve had in recent years and I would certainly recommend you to anyone. I’m sure the car sales market is a tough place to be right now, but with the quality of service and attention to detail, I’m sure you guys are going to be okay.
