Following a casual visit to your showroom, when my Audi A6 was being serviced at a nearby dealership, I spoke to David and said I was looking to replace my vehicle.  After test drives and seeing whether two electric golf trollys and sets of clubs would fit an XF ( they do) it eventually became clear that I needed a large estate car.  Not put off David then sourced a replacement A6 Avant from within your dealer group for me.

The efort that he put in and the relationship he has built have been outstanding and one of the better car experiences I have had, ( and I am someone who has purchased over thirty cars mostly new, in the last twenty five yearsor so).

It was a shame that a Jaguar didn't exist to fulfil my needs, but he sold me a car nevertheless.

I would like to take this opportunity to advise you of my experience following my recent purchase

 I originally arranged to view the vehicle on a Friday afternoon, however due to traffic problems on the motorway network I was delayed. I called to advise the salesman Mr David Williams that I would be late and then later that I would not be able to get to the showroom before closing time.  However, Mr Williams was extremely helpful and said as I'd driven from the Midlands he would remain on site to allow me to see the vehicle.  Although I didn't finally arrive until after 7pm, Mr Williams was extremely helpful, answered all my questions, did not rush me and even made me a cup of tea.  He was extremely professional and attentive, long before I showed any positive interest in purchasing the vehicle.  Such service is rare these days and should be recognised, rewarded and celebrated as it gave a very positive purchasing experience with Guy Salmon Maidstone

I recently purchased a used Jaguar XF; I decided to visit your showroom after going to two other Jaguar dealers locally and also searching the internet.

My experience with the other two dealers was less then positive due to their lack of customer care and attention.
