Staff Fitness Day
Staff at Guy Salmon Northampton Look After Themselves As Well As Their Customers.
Staff at Guy Salmon Jaguar Northampton were recently put through their paces as part of a health awareness campaign run by Cannons Health Club.
Three members of the Cannons team tested blood pressure, body mass & cadiovascular fitness of the Guy Salmon team and provided advice on general fitness.
The 3 minute step test proved hard work for some but Chris Brakel, our parts advisor, proved to be the fittest and we reward with a bottle of wine for his efforts.
