Mark Holman - Delivering Service Excellence at Guy Salmon Ascot
Mark Holman, service advisor at Guy Salmon Ascot has recently achieved his Level 2 Service Advisor Award, the highest qualification for Land Rover service training.
The course included studying the brand and product awareness, Legal Health and Safety and Personal development skills which he will be applying daily to his work on the service desk.
Mark Holman is passionate about the Land Rover product and is always keen to be improving his knowledge and skills to make the customers experience at Guy Salmon the best in the industry.
Mark has worked for Guy Salmon for just over a year and having worked for the motor trade for over 25 years strongly believes that Sytner is the “Best Company to Work for” and is keen for our customers to find us to be the “Best company to do business with”
