MARK HOLMAN & KAYLEIGH HARROP – DELIVERING SERVICE EXCELLENCE
We are proud to announce that Kayleigh Harrop has received her Excellence in Skills, Level 2 Customer Service Award and now joins Mark Holman at Guy Salmon Thames Ditton, who also received this award in 2008.
To achieve this award both advisors were monitored during a days work by a Land Rover assessor. The assessment included brand knowledge and product awareness, legal, health and safety and personal development skills. Mark and Kayleigh are passionate about the Land Rover product and are always keen to make the customers experience at Guy Salmon Thames Ditton the best in the industry.
