Technician Ashley Colvin from Guy Salmon Portsmouth completes his Land Rover Apprenticeship!
This week, Ashley Colvin completed his three year apprenticeship to qualify as a level 3 Land Rover technician!
Ashley started his apprenticeship 3 years ago and through hard work and dedication has now completed the course along with a few distinctions.
After spending an initial period at college learning the engineering basics, Ashley started work at Guy Salmon to develop his competencies, whilst continuing his studies on a day-release basis. The course consisted of a number of modules that included assessments and exams combined with ‘on the job’ learning.
On his achievement Ashley said “My apprenticeship has been hard work but I am so pleased that I have completed it and I am now fully qualified! I hope to now start working towards the next level"
