'Welly Walk' for Alzheimers at Guy Salmon Land Rover Coventry
Guy Salmon Land Rover Coventry recently organised a 'Welly Walk' in aid of the Coventry branch of the Alzheimers Society. Team members and customers alike donned their decorated wellies to take part in the guided trail around Brandon Wood Nature Reserve in order to raise vital funds for the Coventry branch of the Alzheimers Society. Every participant had the chance to win prizes including a trip to 'The Home of The Legend' (an exclusive guided tour around the Land Rover factory in Solihull) and a day out for four at the Forest of Arden Golf & Country Club.
Managing Director, David Martin of Guy Salmon Coventry said that the day was a great success, raising over £4,000 for the charity, and was enjoyed by all, especially the 'Welly Wanging Contest' which took place at the end of the day!
