My first experience of the after-sales service from Guy Salmon having bought my Discovery last year. I found the all the staff, from reception, Service (Adam), Parts (Lauren) to be excellent and extremely customer focussed. I was made to feel very welcome and supplied with a constant stream of coffee and biscuits. Also important to me was that you have wifi available for customers to use. This meant that for the two hours I was waiting for my vehicle to be serviced I was able to continue with my work. I would also like to thank Adam and Lauren for organising the bringing to me of the car mats that I ordered while I was in.
