I live in Twickenham and traveled to Coventry to view a used Range Rover Sport HST. I arranged a set time to view, however, when I arrived I was informed that the sales person was busy with another client and I didn't actually get to speak to him on that first visit. Having decided to purchase the vehicle I then arranged a pick-up on the following Saturday, this time the staff where busy with a planned event and again little attention was paid to me.

More than just welcome. There was a genuine perception that nothing was too much trouble. The whole process was effortless. The booking with Lynn, collection and return with Paul / Brian and organising the screen change with Diane in the body shop, it was a pleasure dealing with all of them.
