Guy Salmon Knutsford customer wins a Freelander!

THE TEAM at Guy Salmon Land Rover Knutsford pride themselves on providing a professional and enjoyable experience when talking to customers on the phone. It’s made a whole lot easier still when the call is to advise a customer that she’s just won a brand-new Land Rover Freelander!

Mrs Helen Naden of Derbyshire is the proud owner of the upmarket prize car in a unique Win a Freelander  promotion. “I’m absolutely delighted!” she said. “I thought it was a joke when I received the call. I’m over the moon, as I’d love to change my car – and now I have a brand new one!”

Twelve Land Rover dealerships in the north-west region took part in the promotion. Guy Salmon Knutsford, on Manchester Road, sent out more than 1,000 mailers inviting customers to log onto the North West Land Rover website at www.60thanniversayoffers.co.uk to see all the latest special offers from Land Rover and also compete for the Freelander.

The winner was selected by John Edwards, managing director of Land Rover UK, who was particularly pleased to see that the competition had encouraged over 52,000 hits on the website.

Jason Emanuel, Managing Director of Guy Salmon Land Rover Knutsford, said it was a real pleasure, especially in the current economic climate, to call Mrs Naden and inform her that she’d won. “My eardrums are still recovering from the loud scream when I told her the good news,” he laughed. “Mrs Naden’s a very good customer of Guy Salmon, and I wish her all the very best in her new car.”
