He kindly spent the next 2 1/2 hours explaining how the different Freelander 2 met my needs. He even went through the various finance options, to make sure we could afford the car I had finally chosen. All my husband had to do the following Saturday was to sign the paper work, we were both very impressed. I've had a few problems with both my Land Rovers, and had to bring them in to your service department for diagnosis and repair. ( I normally go to another main dealer)
Throughtout my dealings with Kay, Clair, John in the workshop and Phil, all of which have given me superb service, keeping in formed of what was going on with the car, and what could they do to resolve things as quickly as possible.
Phil has been particular helpful in trying to resolve all the issues I've had (which the other main dealer couldn't resolve),
I imagine you get contacted when things go wrong and people complain, but i just wanted to let you know when things go right too, as this mostly goes unnoticed.
You have a great team, who work well together, and clearly demonstrate a customer focused view.

Today my husband and I brought our Range Rovers into your establishment for servicing, valet and wheel refurbishment. My wife arrived today for some work to our Freelander,but at 39 weeks pregnant she was in a bad frame of mind when she got there. Kay left reception to meet her personally and made the rest of her wait as pleasant as possible. We only had a minor piece of worked carried out, but because of the service we received (much higher than our experience of the car purchase at another dealer) we will be using Guy Salmon for anything we need going forwards.

Whilst en-route from East Anglia to my home in the South of France I found myself in 'not the best situation', there was a fuel pump failure on my 2003 Discovery.
I had the AA drop me at the dealership first thing on Tuesday morning. On speaking to a member of staff on the service desk without an appointment, after giving my details, I was given a seat in reception with a lovely coffee and cake and told not to worry, that your technician would sort the problem out straight away.
Two hours later my keys were handed back, problem repaired, and I was back on my way!

Having recently recommended some friends to look at purchasing a Land Rover Discovery, I wanted to make the time to write and thank you for your staff's professionalism.
It is a shame to say how rare it is that such a high level of customer service is experienced when makimg a purchase in today's society. In this intance, i was very impressed with how my initial enquiry was handled by Martin Pearce and the subsequent dealings that resulted in the purchase of a nearly new vehicle.
Martin made both myself and then on the second visit with Ruth, your now customer, feel very comfortable as he steered us towards a buying decision.
