Guy Salmon Land Rover Sheffield support the Sytner Bike Ride in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support
A huge thank you to all the customers and staff who have supported the various fund raising activities that have taken place over the last couple of weeks in order to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support
Our Group Finance Director Mark Carpenter and his colleagues John Buchan and Adam Jordan called in to the dealership on their charity cycle tour from Edinburgh to Portsmouth to collect a cheque from us for £500.00 to put towards the Macmillan fund.
This money has been raised by holding a cake sale and competitons including a 'guess the number of Macmillan balloons in the Freelander' and a raffle for a beautiful prize winning cake, very kindly donated by Mrs Betty Smith.
The winners of the raffle were announced this morning; Mrs J Beardow won the cake and Mr & Mrs J Pickering won the VIP Land Rover factory tour by correctly guessing that there were 83 balloons within the Freelander!
Many thanks to those of you who took part or made a donation to this very worthwhile cause.
