Very welcome throughout. Very accommodating and not at all 'pushy'. We felt there was a genuine view to consider us and our needs rather than rushing us through to focus on other custom.

I was expected, and the receptionist tried to get the person looking after me to greet me. When he was not available, the receptionist asked if I wanted to wait, and then ortganised transport for me to Kingston.
