I have dealt with other dealerships previously, and by and large have not felt any loyalty to those companies.
I have felt that the sales teams at other dealerships are over pushy, and have a general lack of respect for their customers knowledge. Few seem to show any thought that a happy customer who gets what fits their requirements with no stress will come back again. Only one or two other companies have come close in terms of customer service.
My experience at Redhill Honda has always been excellent and the customer care in both sales and service mean that I always come back to Honda.

I just wanted to drop you a quick email to let you know how impressed I am with the great level of service I continue to experience from the staff at Redhill Honda.
The service team (namely Gary, Laura, Frank, Martin, Steve and the rest of the technicians) demonstrate a level of service that I haven't experienced anywhere else.
Most people my age (23) would not be taking their car to a main dealer to have it serviced due to the costs involved but due to the service that the team offer I think it is worth it and I will continue to use them as long as this service level remains.
They are an asset to the company and I just wanted to make you aware that they are all doing a great job, are always friendly and extremely helpful.

For the fifth year since purchasing it new from your dealership, I have recently had my CRV, LD57 VXZ, serviced and MOT'd. I have just received your letter alerting me that I will soon receive a call on behalf of Honda UK.
The service that I have received both personal and mechanical, continues to be excellent and I will of course state such during the telephone call. However, I am writing to you personally to mention the outstanding service provided by Laura Brash, with whom I arranged yet another Honda Happiness contract and Reece (I am unsure of the spelling) who collects and returns my car for each service.

The service department do an excellent job, letting me know what work needs to be done on a service and collecting and delivering my car (at no extra charge).

When I had my previous car, which was not a Honda, I have to say I was never provided with the service anything like as good as supplied for yourselves.

Last week my wife and I purchased a Honda CR-V from your showroom, and I am just writing to let you know that we are very pleased with the car, which was handed over to us in excellent condition, and the service that we received from your showroom, which was efficient and helpful.
In particular, we were very impressed with the service provided by Richard Frame. Richard was very helpful throughout, being fully forthcoming with information and always prepared to put himself out for us, whilst being patient and generally pleasant to deal with.
As well as receiving good reports on the reliability of the cars, we came to Redhill Honda largely on the basis of a Which magazine report praising the high level of service provided by Honda dealers (according to a survey of car owners), and were not disappointed. We will have no hesitation in recommending your showroom to others.

I would like to take this opportunity to write and commend a couple of members of your staff.
I own a Honda Civic, 56 reg and last Tuesday morning I got into my car to go and pick my daughter up. I started the car and attempted to turn it round in the drive but on going into reverse the car emitted a high rev. noise and cut out. I couldn't get it to restart. I rang Redhill Honda to ask if it was perhaps something simple that I needed to do which would solve the problem and was put through to Kevin in the workshop. He talked me through various suggestions to see if it would restart but to no avail. He then said he would come out and have a look.
20 mins later he arrived with another young guy, Reece. Kevin attempted to solve the issue but needed to go back to the shop to check the code that was appearing. He assured me he would be back that afternoon.
I got a call from Honda that pm to say they would be with me in 10 mins (they were!) and this time Steve came with Kevin. He got my car working! He then said he would like to take it into the garage to check it out and give it a software update and I took it in the following day where they did just that!
All three of these guys were friendly, polite and extremely helpful but also very professional. I wasn't expecting them to come out. I thought I would have to go to great expense to get my car towed to your garage and be ripped off in the process. It is so refreshing to deal with people who are actually nice and care about their customer.
It is rare nowadays to find people who turn up when they say the will, who will go that extra mile (literally!) to be of assistance, to treat their customers with respect and to do it all willingly and with a smile! Kevin, Steve and Reece did just that.
I have to say that I shouldn't really have been surprised as every time I've had to visit Honda Redhill I've always found it a pleasant experience. Laura and Garry on reception are always very professional and helpful. My car is always ready at the time I've requested it for and your prices are competitive.

Every time I go to my Honda garage in Redhill the welcome and service I receive are excellent, I am always treated fairly and with kindness and condsideration.
All my requirements were taken into account. I have a motobility car and everything was carefully explained. I initally dealt with Gareth who was excellent in ordering the car with all the necessary requirements I needed. Dan then took over and he again was excellent. I had a major operation in the middle of this and nothing was too much trouble. I could not rate the service I received more highly.
