Gatwick Honda's Dealer Principal Trains For His 10th London Marathon

Gatwick Honda's Dealer Principal, Martin White, Trains For His 10th London Marathon 

Martin is committed to raise £1500 for St Catherine's Hospice and is running with his partner Sue. This will be Martin's 10th London Marathon and Sue's 3rd.  

They are both aiming for a time of sub 4 hours 30 minutes this time round although Martin's fastest time is 3 hours 28 minutes. (His first marathon was completed in 5 hours 35 minutes)  

At this stage the training schedule should include running 4 times a week but they are currently running 10 miles on Saturday & 6 miles on Sunday   The training schedule also includes the Brighton Half Marathon in a few weeks, then one in Silverstone plus hopefully one other half marathon.  

Martin & Sue need to have completed a 22 mile run a couple of weeks before big day on the 22nd April.
