*We make a small one-off service charge when your plan is first set up. This is to cover our administration costs. Your Tailored Service Plan is a ‘prepayment’ scheme. This means that you pay each instalment in advance. The number of consecutive instalments we collect will be equal to 10 per year, as such, the actual number of collections will depend on the duration of your service plan. We use a Direct Debit system for this purpose, which will be explained to you and set up at the time of application/acceptance.Depending on your usage patterns, we recommend that you include at least one level 4 service every three years.
