We survey every customer to ensure we are meeting our customers’ needs and use this feedback to guide the on-going training and development of our dealership team.

We ask five simple questions:

  3. Did we fully understand your requirements?
  4. Did you enjoy dealing with us?
  5. Do you intend on using our services again?

During the last three months the team at Gatwick Honda have scored a 98% positive response to all of these questions.

I arranged to have my car collected and returned so I did meet anyone in person, however the phone conversations were polite and professional and the day I requested was available.
the person who collected my car was also polite and professional and gave me confidence my car would be looked after whilst in his care.
