....Gareth Mason has so far provided a first class service.  He has gone out of his way to secure a sale and I look forward to picking up my Honda Jazz this Sunday morning.  I really appreciate him coming to show me the car on Wednesday night despite having to negotiate the heavy rush hour traffic between Surrey and Bucks on the M25.

"So impressed by the quality of service " Redhill Honda

I am writing to you as I was so impressed by the quality of service given to me by FW Mays, Redhill, on Saturday 7th July that I felt I have to bring it to your personal attention.

I own a Honda Civic YY53 EDF and on Saturday was driving through Redhill with my two sons in the car when, on applying the brakes, I heard an awful crunching and screeching. I drove directly to FW Mays and asked for the car to be booked in as there was obviously something wrong with it. I was told the car couldn’t be booked in until Thursday week.

Your technician Kevin asked that I drive him round the block so he could listen to noise the car was making, and on returning to the garage he insisted on checking the car there and then as he was not happy with me driving it.

To cut a long story short, the brake pads were so badly worn that Kevin and the rest of your staff said they couldn’t let me drive the car away as my safety and that of my children was of prime importance, so Kevin fitted new brake pads immediately and I was able to drive the car away an hour later.
I want to say a big Thank you to your staff. As a busy working single Mum, my car is very important to me and it is vital that I am able to transport my sons and get myself to work.

Your staff have always been kind and courteous but on Saturday they really went the extra mile and I am incredibly grateful.

Just a quick note to say Thank You to the Service Dept. who quickly diagnosed over the phone why my wife's car wouldn't start this evening. Sorry I don't know the chaps name, but he made a suggestion to try my spare set of keys. I did and it worked! The team at Redhill Honda are a real pleasure to deal with so thanks again.

I recently purchased a car from James Wilkins and I would like to say how very impressed I was with the service I received.  James was at all times very pleasant, accommodating and helpful. He has a very nice manner and does not present as a typical ‘pushy’ sales exec. James went out of his way to make sure that everything went smoothly and even delivered the car to my home which was much appreciated and saved me a lot of hassle.

The car looks like new – it has obviously been prepared by someone with a good eye for detail and I was delighted to see that someone had done a very good job of removing the various scuffs and marks. I was really very impressed with the customer service and attention to detail at your Dealership.

"Friendly and efficient " Redhill Honda

I am writing in connection with the recent supply of two new keys for my Honda Jazz by one of your staff, Frank Brownlee. My need arose because my previous keys were stolen while I was on holiday abroad.

My Honda was thus immobilised at a hotel at Charlwood so my wife and I had to leave it and rent a car to return to our home in Cardiff. We then returned to your garage when the keys arrived.

Frank handled the transfer of my car in collaboration with the A.A. from the hotel to your workshop to activate the engine and the new keys. For my wife and me, the loss of keys and the consequent upheaval was very upsetting but Frank was a tower of strength. He was friendly and efficient and took a load of worry off our shoulders. We greatly appreciated his help. I told him our feelings when we collected the car on June 29th. I hope that you will pass on our satisfaction to him as well.
