The Honda CR-V is a car with technologies that make it one of the safest vehicles on the road. Plus environmental credentials that are second to none.

To achieve crisper responses for the driver, Honda lowered the CR-V's centre of gravity by 35 millimeters. That might not sound like much, but together with the 17 inch wheels and the wider stance, these millimeters add up to an agility thats usually only found in 'normal' cars.

The CR-V truly gives you the best of both worlds. It has the security of a high-driving position and 4WD as you'd expect in a SUV. And there's no compromising when it comes to space and practicality. But its stability and road handling provide a more saloon-like ride.

Everything inside the CR-V has been thought about extensively - every stitch, curve, pocket and surface. Honda analysed the way people drive, from that, looked to create an interior that gives you plenty of space, from the positions of the gear shift and handbrake, to the fully adjustable steering column.

So you dont have to take your hands from the steering wheel, the audio controls are set into it, along with a voice-activated Bluetooth hands-free telephone in some models.

The CR-V offers comfortable seating for up to 5 adults. The rear seats can be gently reclined back to create extra leg room. The CR-V's interior has been specially designed for extra flexibility when it comes to storing your luggage. Using the Honda One Motion mechanism, each of the rear seats folds down independently to create a completely flat floor area and open up even more boot space.
