We survey every customer to ensure we are meeting our customers’ needs and use this feedback to guide the on-going training and development of our dealership team.

We ask five simple questions:

  2. Did we treat you fairly?
  3. Did we fully understand your requirements?
  4. Did you enjoy dealing with us?
  5. Do you intend on using our services again?

I find the staff are very customer focussed and friendly. I appreciated the phone call the evening before to ensure I kept my appointment. As I was being provided with a loan car as I really needed to be at work as early as possible I also appreciated the early start by the staff
