The holiday season is all about giving – and this year, Lamborghini Birmingham supported a local community once again and made Christmas a little more special some.
On the 8th of December Lamborghini Birmingham hosted a Christmas Party at the Village Hotel in Solihull, for the children form Variety The Children's Charity, allowing the children the opportunity to bond with their parents, carers and to have a fun filled afternoon, an opportunity they may have never had, if Lamborghini Birmingham didn't support the Charity.
Variety, the Children’s Charity (Midlands) does its utmost to give children with a disability or disadvantage the best Christmas possible each year. Our Great Day’s Out Programme has allowed them to help generations of children explore a wider world and to enjoy new experiences that help them fire up their imaginations.
The party was filled with festive fun and included plenty of entertainment including games, magic, dancing and face painting. The children were also given plenty of party food and treats for them to enjoy throughout the day.
Lamborghini Birmingham gave over 200 presents and 200 Lamborghini sketchbooks to the Variety children's charity and raised just under £1000, and helped host one of their four Christmas parties. David Barnhurst, the After Sales Manager dressed up as Santa and his wife Rachael dressed up as an Elf, just so the children can get their presents given by Santa himself.
It was an emotional event for many, however we helped light up their Christmas just a little more this year. It was a great party.
Lamborghini Birmingham would like to thank everyone who donated presents and money to help us make this happen. The a massive thank you to the ladies on reception for wrapping all 200 presents just in time for Santa!
