Lamborghini Leicester were proud to be attending the Goodwood Festival of Speed again this year. This was a particularly special year as we were celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the Miura. Lamborghini took pride of place with their hospitality stand next to the famous Goodwood Hill Climb. VIP guests to the stand were treated to champagne and canapes all day, as well as a special appearance from Lamborghini CEO Stephano Domenicali.
“We are very proud that the first full restoration by Lamborghini PoloStorico collects this award from the Cartier Style et Luxe concours event,” said Stefano Domenicali, Chief Executive Officer of Automobili Lamborghini. “Goodwood Festival of Speed is an event that celebrates the passion that so many have for all things automotive, both past and present, and Lamborghini is proud to be a part of this.”
Goodwood’s Lord March took the wheel of a Huracán Spyder, alongside Stefano Domenicali, in the Michelin Supercar Run, in which a Huracán Avio also went ‘up the hill’. On its stand Automobili Lamborghini displayed the Aventador Miura Homage, a limited edition of 50 units produced to celebrate the Miura’s 50th anniversary, together with a Huracán Super Trofeo, Huracán Spyder and the special edition Huracán Avio.
Also on display in the Cartier Style et Luxe was a Lamborghini class celebrating designer Marcello Gandini’s ‘Raging Bulls’, which included an Espada, Countach, Jarama, Silhouette and Diablo.
