Charlotte Diadoo - Employee of the Quarter 2015



Neal Delo, Head of Business says:

Charlotte Diadoo started with us in March of this year as a service apprentice. Charlotte has worked wonders since her arrival and is the motivation and enjoyment leader in the whole of our service dept. Charlotte wears a smile every day and always encourages others to do so to, her bright and bubbly character is infectious throughout the whole dealership, her achievements so far are as follows:

  • 100% CLP score on over 20 returns
  • Passed 7 modules of her workbook even though she should be on module 3
  • Put in a complete new communication spread sheet for the team
  • Has implemented a full clear desk and filing system
  • Has taken our missed incoming call rate down from a poor 22% to below 6%
  • Is now fully trained on ADP
  • Has attended 4 Land Rover courses and passed all of them
  • This and many more have all been done in 3 months whilst being involved with our daily customers.

Charlotte has also been not to well over this period but this has not held her back.

I am proud to say it is a pleasure to have Charlotte aboard, a future service manager I am sure.
