A Proud Win for Lexus Leicester

Lexus Leicester are proud to announce that they have recently been awarded with the title of the Divisional 0-60 winners! This prestigious and highly sought after award was presented at the annual Sytner Managers Conference and was proudly received by Lexus Leicester’s very own management team.

Sytner Groups 0-60 programme measures all aspects of a dealership, ensuring that everything from presentation to customer service are nothing but exceptional for our valued customers. Other areas that are assessed also include contribution to the community and how dealerships undertake initiatives to give back to their local area.

Richard Rhodes, Dealer Principal was amongst the group collecting the award on behalf of the team at Lexus Leicester, he highlighted “We continuously strive to excel in all areas of the business, making certain that all aspects of a customers visit to our dealership are above and beyond the expected standard. To have been awarded with this prize, is further encouragement for my team and I to continue to be the best.”

Richard and his team came top of 5 Lexus and 8 Toyota Dealers within Sytner Group to claim this esteemed award.
