The happiness generated last night and the incredible hospitality shown to us all by the Lexus staff, is tinged today with sadness at the sight this morning of the appalling tsunami effects in Japan. Our thoughts today must be to the staff and family at your Kyushu factory in Japan. Let us hope that they are not too badly affected by the events today.

From my first contact with your Sales Specialist, I was struck by how professional and how easy it was to deal with him. He concluded the order for my new car in a short space of time, and everything was very clear and straight forward to organise, he appears to have a lot of integrity for what he does, and it shows.

Praise must also go to the reception staff that I spoke to on numerous occasions, very professional and helpful.

Finally, with reference to my new car, I love it, it really is superb.
