There was no pushy salesmen herding you into a corner, trapping you into a deal, I previosuly went to the carshop, pay it a visit, you will see how not to sell a car, it would be good training ground for young Sytner trainees. Geraint Evans is highly recommended, explained everything in detail and made buying another Lexus easy, I have 2 in my garage... to think I test drove an Audi, then we went to Lexus Cardiff ...no contest.

Recently after a 30,000 mile service I had cause to have the front wheels balanced by a local garage. When the front wheels were removed from my vehicle the manager drew my attention to what he described as very worn brake pads. He assured me that they needed replacing immediately.  I telephoned your service department today and was invited to bring my vehicle in for an inspection. There was no need for an appointment, but just call in when I was passing.  I called in and was warmly met by your front of house receptionist and welcomed by your service receptionist.  My vehicle was immediately taken into your service bays and inspected.  Meanwhile I was treated to a cup of coffee.

The service receptionist returned and assured me that there was between 45 and 50% wear remaining and that I was welcome to inspect the pads myself. An offer I refused. I was therefore much relieved and reassured that my vehicle is maintained to the exceptionally high standards required by Lexus. I am very grateful to you and all your staff for the courtesy shown to me today and the prompt, caring and efficient way in which my concerns were addressed.I would appreciate if you could express my thanks to all involved.

I have always been made to feel welcome at Lexus Bristol, the coffee is always on and the staff are always there to help. They understood my requirements including the urgency of my MOT having expired without being noticed, they accomodated my car at short notice and even did the recall!

Lexus Leicester is one of the most welcoming places we know. The receptionist is a delight! Grant Cullen always goes out of his way to be friendly and helpful. The coffee is first rate too. The manager Richard and Grant both understand us very well and always manage to put together an acceptable package. Grant talked about the options available and together with the Lexus RX brochure it was easy to agree on the model most suitable for us. It is always a pleasure to deal with Lexus Leicester. This is our third Lexus from Leicester and we have taken out a service plan so at least three more years!

Let me assure you that no inconvenience was caused due to the excellent service from Lexus via Lexus Leicester when the car was collected and delivered at our convenience with a suitable loan car delivered to us for the duration of the check-up.
My wife and I have been Toyota / Lexus drivers for approximately 40 years, and have come to expect the best in quality of product, sales and after sales service and have never been disappointed!
Lexus has been our chosen motorcar since the Brand’s arrival in the UK 20 years ago and after comparing with other Brands of luxury motorcar when in the process of replacing our vehicles, we see no reason to change. We will continue to be Lexus drivers for the foreseeable future.

From my first contact with your Sales Specialist, I was struck by how professional and how easy it was to deal with him.  He concluded the order for my new car in a short space of time, and everything was very clear and straight forward to organise, he appears to have a lot of integrity for what he does, and it shows. 

Praise must also go to the reception staff that I spoke to on numerous occasions, very professional and helpful.

Finally, with reference to my new car, I love it, it really is superb.
