This morning I visited the Lexus dealership and was introduced by Kirsty to one of your technicians, Mr. Mark Taylor. This gentleman introduced himself and took an account of the problems I had when my LS400 broke down last night. He was extremely polite and courteous and listened to my technical input on what was wrong with the vehicle. Lexus Leicester is one of the most welcoming places we know. The receptionist is a delight! Grant Cullen always goes out of his way to be friendly and helpful. The coffee is first rate too. The manager Richard and Grant both understand us very well and always manage to put together an acceptable package. Grant talked about the options available and together with the Lexus RX brochure it was easy to agree on the model most suitable for us. It is always a pleasure to deal with Lexus Leicester. I feel I must write to you... Your apologies regarding the above recall are, of course, accepted. Let me assure you that no inconvenience was caused due to the excellent service from Lexus via Lexus Leicester when the car was collected and delivered at our convenience with a suitable loan car delivered to us for the duration of the check-up.
My wife and I have been Toyota / Lexus drivers for approximately 40 years, and have come to expect the best in quality of product, sales and after sales service and have never been disappointed!
Lexus has been our chosen motorcar since the Brand’s arrival in the UK 20 years ago and after comparing with other Brands of luxury motorcar when in the process of replacing our vehicles, we see no reason to change. We will continue to be Lexus drivers for the foreseeable future.
