I have a diesel Lexus which I bought in Exeter. The staff there were helpful.
I recently had cause to visit Lexus Leicester with a concern about the locking system and in need of a service. The staff in Leicester were quite outstanding and I can think of no way in which they could improve their performance. I met Emma Beadman and Kirsty Kyprianou. Both of them had the balance of courtesy, explanation and care for me as a human being just right. I am sure that the manager of the Leicester showroom must be exceptional and I should like to extend my thanks to him for selecting and developing such a delightful team.
