The staff was very friendly, learnt our names so quickly and made sure to interact with us on first name basis which gave the experience a personal touch.
Read more...Brian was very pleasant and knowledgeable about lexus and was able to cut through the mud to demonstrate clear benefits of the lexus value proposition to us. As a result, although we found another vehicle of a similar specification elsewhere, we decided to commit to buying our car from the Milton Keynes branch if only for a similar aftercare service shown us duirng our first visit.
