Mercedes-Benz of Sunderland win Customer Service awards
Mercedes-Benz of Sunderland took the highest accolades at the Sytner Customer Service Awards for 2011. The Dealership collected three separate awards at the ceremony for demonstrating outstanding customer service throughout the year.
The first to receive his award was Sales Executive Harry Mett who won the North-East regional sales award for a flawless 100% in customer satisfaction.
Service Advisor Emma Adamson then took the North-East regional customer service award for a class leading score of 79.1% in customer satisfaction.
Finally Dealer Principal Nick Park accepted on behalf of the Dealership, for the second year running, the prestigious Mercedes-Benz Customer Service Dealership of the Year Award. The awards were presented by Divisional Managing Director Adam Jordan, Franchise Director Nick Robinson and Simon Oldfield Managing Director of Customer Services Group Mercedes-Benz UK.The awards are testimony to all of the hard work and effort the Sunderland Dealership staff has demonstrated throughout 2011. - Return to listings
